Continental Country Club

Course was is good shape. One of the better maintained courses outside The Villages area.

First time trying this course, greens recently arriated but not in bad shape. Shotgun start was a little different for me, but wasn't all that bad. All in all a great day.

My group was very pleased with this course. Scenery is great, very playable and good condition. Great deal in every way.

You will not visit a more friendly, welcoming course than this from start to finish. Pro shop always polite and helpful, restaurant atmosphere and food excellent, course is 90% good as most are during the summertime and they are always improving the layout. Course, pathways and trees etc for the price you pay and the challenge it creates , this to us is the best value for money in this whole area and we travel 25 miles to play it once a week when in Florida, best part of 5 months in a year!! Well done to all the staff and residents at Continental!!

Course is in awful condition. Bare fairways and slow patchy greens. Nice ladies in pro shop. Members not very friendly - won't go back.

Got lost trying to find the 7th hole we were to start on. would help to provide a course layout to help those playing the course the first time..

My son, husband and I felt very unwelcome at this golf course because we brought our 5 year old son to play. The guy at desk basically mocked us. Even though our son plays well and has never been turned a way from a golf course before. Golf is not just for adults, how else will children learn. I asked the guy if there was a sign that says only adults can play golf. Anyway, I don’t like to leave unpositive reviews but we felt very unwelcome and we wouldn’t want to spend our money somewhere unwelcome anyway.

Two holes were closed and GolfNow told us about that. They did not tell us that they had another 3 or 4 holes with temporary tees. Greens were Ok the rest of the course in bad shape.

Booked the ro7nd for 8:04 and got there around 7:15 because of the stalling effect of gett8ng everyone out. Then we found out they weren’t starting until 8:30. Pace of play was very slow due to the snowbirds. Kudos to the elder gentleman in the 4some ahea$ of us....but it would be nice to pick up the pace. Haven5 played here in 3 or 4 years, probably won’t play again for a few more. Not a fan of the shotgun.

Be aware that your GN tee time is wrong. They have a morning and afternoon shotgun start. Greens are in good shape but fairways are bare in places

I like Continental and think it's a great layout. They hosted a Senior Am event in late February during which time the course was in fantastic condition. After that tourney, they've starting major repairs to the cart paths. The course is not in primo shape right now, but still very much worth a hot deal on GolfNow. When it's in shape, this is one of the better courses around.

Being black I already get the looks on the golf course but here’s my story you be the judge. Booked a hot now deal for 2:21 was running late so I called to inform the pro shop the guy said ok we will be here. It was after 3pm when I arrived the guy said that i may not be able to get in 18 holes. Ok after 9 went to 10 by time I got to 13 Marshall Dan informs me that I didn’t pay for 18 even after i showed him my GolfNow he Road away saying I’m not going to argue so I kindly as him to show me back to the pro shop. I will not waste my money nor time in an establishment that employees people like that thanks for another negative experience

So disappointed in the overall conditions of this course. I have played it many times over the last 10 years & this is the worst shape I've seen it in. The fairways & rough are all the same, no grass anywhere.

The design provides a good combination of challenge and playability. The condition of the fairways and green collars is poor. The greens which were in great condition have become a bit bumpy with a few bare patches from nematodes. This course has the potential to be so much better if it is properly maintained.
