The course could use some up keep the greens & fairways. But for the money a good value for the dollar.

Love the course and layout, but condition of course left a lot to be desired.

I enjoyed playing this course. The layout is good. The only issue I had was that 3 or 4 greens were in need of repairs.

This course was obviously excellent at one time but went through some hard times. It is obvious that they are working very hard to bring it back. At least they have lowered their greens fees so although still not in good condition it was worth playing.

Greens are incredibly hard and dry. Very difficult to put and very jumpy. Some are also burnt. If you’re looking for inexpensive course this is the place, but don’t expect a course in good shape (including the fairways).

So disappointed in this one. Fairways were so bad, we worried about damaging our clubs. The greens were even worse. What a shame. This could be such a great course if it wasn't so neglected. Staff was really friendly!

This was our go to course because of price and condition. Never spectacular but a solid 3.6 rating. The conditions today were deplorable one hundred percent of the greens were embarrassing not even worth rating as it would be a 2 out of 10. Sand traps a 5 out of ten fairways a 6 out of ten. I am hoping after the annual pillage of the snow birds they focus on bringing back this usually reliable course. Until then I will just pay what I need to pay and go to a southern dunes etc. To bad.

The course conditions are rough. The cart paths are worse. The starter said they are improving the course and it needs it . Nice layout, but it needs a lot more work Hopefully by next year it will be in an improved condition so it will be worth taking the trip. We will not go there again this year.

The starters attitude alone will keep me from playing here , till the summer months when they don’t have a starter

From the senior tees, a bit longer than most though definetly fair. Fairways and tees maintained, the greens were recovering (?). Will be back

Cypress wood is a decent choice when you're looking for a winter round for under $50. It's pretty flat and forgiving.. A few of the greens were not in good condition, but overall it was an enjoyable afternoon

Needs lots of water. Fairways very sparse and greens have damage on them. Staff very friendly, nice patio and great price to play. In saying that would not pay much more.

First time playing here with my wife. The course was very dry, so you got a lot of roll with your shot. My wife liked that part of it. Plus they had black tees which she played and it made the round more enjoyable for her. The greens could use some water. Some dead spots and sandy areas.

Same with some of the fairways. Hit a high drive and you can see a sand or dust cloud around it when it lands. But overall it was a fun round, fairways are wide, lots of nice sandy bunkers. The pro-shop and restaurant staff were really nice. We’ll play it again soon.
