Save Your Money
It's really too bad because I played here in January and it wasn't bad....definitely not a Championship Course but playable for the price. I recently played it just shortly after Hurricane Ian and there were some issues with the course but I figured I would try it again. I played another 2 rounds since then and it has gotten worse. The greens were terrible, fairways were average, at best and the rough around the greens was almost unplayable.
I will not be returning which is too bad because the staff are all very friendly.
Play somewhere else
Greens are like pinball. $20 for a playback 9 holes. This course has been “recovering” for over two years. Definitely need someone to come in and manage it properly. Don’t miss the fairways because you won’t find your ball. Play LWCC or Willowbrook For the same price, or less.

Nice Course
This is a nice course. Been here before. The greens are in pretty bad shape right now. They're trying to get them back up to par from all the summer play. But overall still a decent place to play a round.
Soggy, Sandy, marginal
Still needs a moderate amount of work to make this more than a 3 star course. Peripheral mowing is poor, greens and fairways not reliably in good shape. The price to play is great.
Cypresswood Golf Course
Enjoyed our round course very wet in places and greens had sand on after core aeration work (we were informed of this prior to playing so not a problem) fair value for money.
Golf cart patches need a lot of work. They were the roughest paths I have ever used driven on.
Nice layout
First time playing this course nice set up, helpful staff, good challenging holes would recommend and play again

Fairways are getting better and sanded greens are too. Appears they are working to improve course conditions overall and it is certainly appreciated. Staff is very friendly. As the condition stands, it's a comparative value. Will play again.
Unfortunately greens had been hollow timed and sanded two days before we played so this spoiled putting. Would have been good if we had been notified when booking.
Played Course numerous times.
Course was a bit wet in places and still lots of sand on greens following aeration (Which we were told of in advance of playing) overall good value for money.
