Best in the Desert.
Played on back to back days and was able to play all 3 courses. All 3 are in great condition from the tee box all the way through the greens. You definitely have to keep that tee shot tight because houses line both sides of the fairway on most holes. The staff at Ashwood is Awesome and very helpful on both days that I played which is highly appreciated. Definitely a must play if you're in the Victor Valley area.

Sanded and aerated greens
Staff didn’t say anything about the aerated and sanded greens. I understand this needs to be done once a year but you got a cut the players a break you got to give them a deal and you got to give them a heads up. Found out from a player coming off the course. Course is in the worst condition I’ve ever seen it. We also got stuck behind a foursome that would not let us play through by the time the staff came out we were on the second to the last hole. So sad because this course has so much potential to be a go-between a full-size course and an executive course. We really like this course but because of these conditions, it’ll be a while before we come back.
We are disappointed to hear that you did not have the best experience with us her at Ashwood.
We have warning screen that pops up instructing the staff to inform the guest about the sand on the greens, I will investigate and make sure that the staff is informing all guests about the greens. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention.
The course is coming out of dormancy and will be back to tip top shape in the near future.
If you ever encounter a slow pace of play, please contact us at the shop and we can send the marshal your direction to help rectify and improve the pace.

Rough greens
The greens were just punched. Golf Now did not notify me before I made the reservations. I would not have played if I would have known.

Great round
The course is in great shape and the greens are firm. The course was busy but the pace of play was great. Still finished my round in 2 hours and 40 minutes.
Course is in great condition
I play this course every once in a while and lately the course has been in the best shape that I’ve seen.
Ash wood is one of my favorite local courses.
I played Birch and the Sycamore courses this time out.
These courses are semi challenging due to the narrow fairways and strategically placed bunkers and water hazards, but are a great way to practice for when you play longer courses.

Great time great course conditions
Had a fun enjoyable time at ashwood. Fairways and greens are pure. Played with 3 buddies in a 4some and let a 3 some pass us on the 1st hole of the back 9.
