About
Ballantrae Golf Course is an 18-hole championship course with a classic links layout reminiscent of those found in Scotland. The golf course has undulating greens, many of which are elevated, and the player-friendly fairways are quite generous. The layout is challenging with more than 50 acres of water hazards and treacherous greenside bunkers. The front nine gently eases you into the game, but the back nine is where the golf course truly shines, especially holes 11-14. Ballantrae Golf Course boasts interesting risk-and-reward opportunities combined with shots that will appeal to long hitters. There are also three tee decks for golfers to choose from.

Less than 4 hours
Course was in great condition with some nice holes but we played in 3:50 minutes on a Sunday afternoon!!!!!! Awesome
course has many elevated greens which are difficult to land on from 150 to 200 yards. you must have a good short game to score well. greens are excellent.
Always a treat to play here.
Course is always in good condition. Greens were hard and dry so very tough to hold the with long approaches. Good course great company very good day.
Good course for all levels
Played this with my brother and son, the latter is a fairly new golfer.
But the course is fairly forgiving and he enjoyed it.
Unlike some other courses, there are not many blind shots holes. With water in play and nests in a gated community, we don 't find the houses cramped together and we enjoyed the setting and a great family time together.
The weather was nice around 22°C.
We finished in 3.45hrs. Very good pace.
Will go again.
It is a great course with friendly staff.
It was my first time playing there. For sure it won’t be the last. It was one of the best courses that I played. I liked how they placed ladies tee (red) where we can easily avoid water hazards.
Always nice to play here
Played here on a Friday afternoon, we love the layout of this course and the green is in decent shape.
It was busier than usual, for some reason the Marshall was sending out twosomes one at a time. We had a foursome, even though we weren’t playing extremely fast, we still have to wait for the two some in front of us. Near the 16 hole, there was a backup on the tee box.
We managed to finish 18 in 4.5 hours, I’d say botherline acceptable. For reference we usually finish around 3h45min or so.
Overall, I still love this course, always fun and challenging!

Course condition is excellent, specially green speed.....etc... I will recommend this course to my friends.......
