About
Glen Eagle Golf Club, which is situated just northwest of Toronto, offers 27 holes of championship golf that are played in three different 18-hole combinations. The Red/Blue Course features undulating fairways and large, heavily contoured greens that move fast. The Red nine is the most difficult of the three nines at the club. It demands keen course management skills and accurate tee shots. It also requires a few long drives at 3, 521 yards form the tips. The Blue nine is challenging as well, but there are birdie opportunities on the 5th and 7th since their greens aren't elevated like all of the others.

Misty day in Caledon
Was a light drizzle for the first 9 and then it eased off.
Pace was fairly slow due to lack of marshalling but altogether an interesting hilly course.
Glad we took carts as the 9th hole (3 X 9 hole course) was 10 minutes drive back to the parking lot!

Very average for the price you pay
It’s on the pricey side for public course in Caledon. Layout is Ok,
Few nice hole, few very simple holes. Quality of the course itself is not very good for the price.

There were no Marshalls on the course to keep players moving at the proper pace. We had long delays for a lot of the round. I also didn’t enjoy the 5 min ride from my last hole to the parking lot but don’t think there’s anything you can really do about that.

Nice, but pricey.
A fun course that was in good shape. Pace of play was good.
The washrooms were disgusting and in desperate need of a cleaning.
It's a little on the pricey side but ultimately I'd recommend it.

Green no good
Greens are in poor condition, paid on GN full still have to pay 10 dollars for cart, it ended up just three players. practice green closed is unusual compared with other courses.

Good value
Played on seniors' rate. Starter was kind enough to allow us to start on Red, instead of the originally-scheduled Blue, because of congestion - was never held up. Conditions lush, because of recent rain. Tee-boxes chewed up nevertheless. Carts have seen better days, as noted by others. Design varied and ingenuous, the usual for a Muylaert design.

Never going back
Got billed a month later for having one person that couldn't make the tee time. Had no notice from the clubhouse that there was a penalty for having the missed player. Terrible conditions. And why end a 18 hole round, literally on the other side of the property and have a 15 min drive back to the clubhouse. Never going to play here again.

First time
Fun course for a novice golfer as long as you can drive! Also did not lose a lot of balls. Really enjoyed our round except for a very slow foursome 2 groups ahead of us but we had the time. Would play again. Very friendly staff.
No food other than sandwiches currently.
