With the towering cliffs of Mount Nemo on the Niagara Escarpment serving as a backdrop, Indian Wells Golf Club provides a scenic round of golf. Stretching along rolling terrain that offers views of the surround countryside, the front nine has ponds that come into play on six holes while the back nine features narrow fairways and dense forest. With a treacherous combination of water, ravines, and trees throughout, tight course management is top priority in scoring well. Indian Wells Golf Club's signature hole is the par-4 16th, which features a tough dogleg left that winds its way from an elevated tee through a forested valley and back up to a tricky elevated green.

Course in great shape, challenging, and good value.
Not as Good As I Remember
Generally the course was in poor to fair condition. The t boxes were terrible and the greens were long and not rolling very well. Pace of play was ok but being a twosome meant we were waiting on every shot. Rate was excellent but other course like Springfield are in much better shape for the same price
Over Rated
The tee boxes are in horrible condition. It is a short course. Beer cart lady never came around. Lots of divots and marks on the greens. It's worth it to try out for the $32 after 3pm but definitely not worth the $81 dollars before 3pm. Would not go back.
A Gem
A tight and challenging layout. No playing from other fairways! Overall condition is excellent and staff friendly. A regular visit for sure.

Friendly staff but course needs regular maintenance
I hadn’t played Indian Wells in a few years and was surprised with the shape of the tee boxes and greens. The tee boxes are a write off on most holes as we had to play outside the blocks to find a decent spot. The greens are showing wear and really need to be looked after better. Lots of courses in the area in better shape. Course is challenging and a great layout, staff is friendly and accommodating. The fairways were in average shape so no issues with them. They need a better preventative maintenance schedule for next season and it will return to an acceptable level.
Not bad for the price
Tee boxes in rough shape, greens very very slow. But a nice layout and not a bad day for the price.
Comfortably challenging
A comfortably challenging course that will likely get you to use every club in your bag. Friendly staff and beautiful view of the escarpment.
Good value
I grew up on this course when I was a kid and now only play it once in a while. I like the layout and the challenges that some of the narrow fairways present. Overall I think it is a fair course and demands some course management. The greens were in good shape although they are a bit slow from what I am used to. Hitting it straight is a must!!

The course was in good shape considering the heat wave that had been occurring. The fairways were firm giving good roll. Greens were in fabulous shape for a public course. Some inconsistencies on green speed between holes at times caused some missed putts both long and short which was a bit frustrating. Pace of play was good. We normally play fairly fast and had no issues with groups ahead. Course layout is challenging with many up hill or down hill holes. Back 9 has far tighter forest lined holes requiring accurate shot off the tee. Overall enjoyable course.
