With the towering cliffs of Mount Nemo on the Niagara Escarpment serving as a backdrop, Indian Wells Golf Club provides a scenic round of golf. Stretching along rolling terrain that offers views of the surround countryside, the front nine has ponds that come into play on six holes while the back nine features narrow fairways and dense forest. With a treacherous combination of water, ravines, and trees throughout, tight course management is top priority in scoring well. Indian Wells Golf Club's signature hole is the par-4 16th, which features a tough dogleg left that winds its way from an elevated tee through a forested valley and back up to a tricky elevated green.

Course in great shape, good variety of holes, and the view of the Escarpment is awesome.
Good round of golf
Good round, course was in great condition except that no one bothers to repair pitch marks (don't invite any English men to play on it!!) in any of the courses it appears. Though I paid including the cart, they made another person sit with me (which I didn't mind) but think some of them think they can cleverly manipulate cart allocation it appears but I won't jump to conclusions yet, will keep an eye to see if this is a consistent practice.
TOUGH LITTLE COURSE, BUT FUN!
Not overly long, but tough! Tight fairways on short par 4's with many elevation changes. Beautiful views on almost every hole. Tricky greens. I misread almost every green. I need to return. I'd play a few holes differently. Friendly staff. Expensive beer, but hey, it's Toronto.
Very Scenic. People have to repair divots though
Brought my wife who is a beginner. Too difficult for her.
Fun course to play.
Great day out
Having just arrived into Ontario, I used GolfNow to get a nice deal for this course. Played with 3 other gents and we all got along really well. Had a decent round in fantastic weather. Course was in great condition and had some nice challenges but don't be put off. Even for a high handicapper like me, it was definitely manageable if you play well, so enjoyed finishing with a birdie on 18th. Will look to book again
Overpriced for regular green fees.
For a regular priced round it’s overpriced. Luckily I got it for a great discount on golf now. Some pot holes in cart party filled with stone. Tee boxes not well groomed. (Dirt and weeds showing). Green are beach balls on the front nine. White (orange) tee boxes were up with the forward tee boxes, made for a very short course
I was expecting a lot more from this course.
Indian Wells is nice
Indian Wells has improved a lot over the years. Course was in great shape - lush green conditions, excellent fast greens.
Excellent course but tough features
After my first round at Indian Wells I am glad to say I played this course. The layout is fantastic but there aren’t definitely some tough features throughout the course that can make it difficult for the average golfer. The course is well kept and has some beautiful views. I would recommend this course to anyone.
Great layout, one of my favourites. Greens were hairy and bumpy. Cart beer prices were over the top at $9.25 per.
Great local
Challenging. Great holes. Be brave and go for it or you shall find yourself in the tress or water.
So slow
Could have finished this in 2.5 hrs. Was stuck at every hole and in a 4.5!hr round, ended up waiting over 1.5hrs total. Absolutely dreadful. There was a marshall driving around but he didn't seem to say anything to anyone about speeding up. No chance to build a rhythm and so an absolutely dreadful day overall. I won't be back here for a while because I'm still so irritated from an absolutely crappy day.
ABOUT TIME
GREAT DAY BUT DUE TO THE RAINY SEASON VERY TOUGH CONDITIONS, NO FAIRWAY ROLL EVEN THOUGH FAIRWAYS WERE GOOD . NICE FOR WEDGES TO GREENS THOUGH
Bad condition, pace and amenities
Crooked, dead tee blocks, soup for fairways, snail greens cart girl or turn hut have no card machines. For the money there is many superior courses in the area.
Unplayable
We've had a really wet spring. The drainage was so poor it made the course virtually unplayable. It was cart path only, which was a waste of time. We returned the carts and got push carts. For the conditions, we really over payed.
I'm sure when the course dries out it will be pretty nice.
