About
Sprawling across rolling terrain, Savannah Golf Links features several dramatic elevation changes and several elevated tees and greens. Golfers will be sure to come across many uneven lies. At 6,213 yards from the back tees, it is not a long golf course but it puts a premium on accuracy in order to get a good store, making it a true shot-maker's golf course. Savannah Golf Links offers a variety of challenges, appealing to both low and high handicappers. The most notably difficult hole is the par-4 sixth. This 362-yard hole is a dogleg right with a small landing area that requires a second shot that will carry over water to a postage stamp green with a bunker placed in front.

great course, layout is super, greens were slow, much rain yesterday and a heavy frost last night. Busy day cart path only so everything slowed down, no problem. More good days to come before the snow, see you out there...
savannah 10/24 cold day windy
cold and windy, great course layout, sound fairways and greens. Today was really cold and windy on the front nine the back had to wait as the men were blowing out the water lines on all fairways etc etc getting ready for the close down mid November. Today my game was horrible.....

More challenging than I need but a delight to play. Very nice facilities and will play again even with a 40 minute drive.

very impressed - I plan to make this a regular stop
I am glad I came to play and plan to come back. Tees, fairways, rough, and greens are in excellent shape. I noticed almost no ball marks on the greens which I found odd until I saw the marshals / starters out fixing them on many of the greens. The course is short from the blue tees (I played) but many holes you can't hit driver so it lengthens the holes out. Only one hole I didn't like (#4). Excellent value for the money and worth playing. The starters, pro shop, and half way staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Great course, great layout, greens crazy today the rain this am made them a little tricky. Traps need some work, more sand, otherwise the course overall is super.
We would recommend to everyone. Just go and play it you'll see
Savannah Links Golf
This was my first time playing this course, overall the course was in great condition from the tee box to green, there was 3 greens that had been aerate (no big deal). The price can’t be beat paid $50. Course has some challenging holes, lots of dog leg holes, greens are challenging. Great course, friendly staff definitely will play again.
