Whitetail Golf Club
About
Whitetail Golf Club enjoys a landscape of rolling hills covered with mature trees, creeks, and ponds. Originally opened as a short nine-hole course, the layout was transformed into an 18-hole championship design in 2004. The update added a level of challenge to an already playable golf course. The first five holes are new, as are the last four. The layout has tree-lined fairways that demand accuracy and there are two tricky carries over water on the opening hole and the 17th. Both of these are par 3s that feature significant greenside bunkering that will test the iron play of even the most seasoned golfers. Whitetail Golf Club's sixth and 14th are two par 4s from the original nine that are particularly memorable since they play much longer than the indicated yardage.

Great course!
My wife wanted to play on Mother's Day so who was I to object! Course was great and the Golf Now Hot Deal was excellent value! A few wet spots due to rain over the prior few days.
Only complaint was the portapotties which where in desperate need of emptying!
First time playing Whitetail
Heard good thing about Whitetail, this was my first round of golf, very nice course, really enjoyed my round.
Beautiful Course
Been a bucket list course for the area, and was fantastic. Friendly staff and great food. Course conditions were great.
Only issue was the pace. I was a single player and was held up behind 2 members that were not great hitters of the ball. I would get to the tee as they were teeing off but they wouldn't let me play through. Other than that it was a great course!
The greens were perfect.
We really enjoy every visit to Whitetail. The greens were perfect and rolled very true. W we are hoping to play it 1 more time this season.
Fair and balanced challenge, Friendly staff
This was our first time here. My son and I enjoyed the course, good challenge, fair, greens roll nicely. The long par 5s were a bit of a struggle with my length off the tee, but still managed an up & down par on one. Staff were friendly and welcoming, food was good (toasted BLT, hotdog).
In terms of actual play, the guide was a help, but we both made some tactical errors. Better course familiarity would have saved us both a few strokes.
Looking forward to returning.
Excellent course..
We played Whitetail last week, conditions were very good and the pace of play was also good.
It’s a tough course, fair amount of forced carries and a few tight fairways, but it’s a good test, especially off the tee..
I would highly recommend playing Whitetail!
Excellent test of golf. Challenges all aspects of your game.
Tougher than I anticipated, but a fair and balanced challenge. Couple of long par 5s were a bit out of reach (1 par with chip and one putt) leading to "par 6" status. Course guide helped but local knowledge would have saved a few strokes by placing shots in better position.
Greens were very true, and fairly quick. Scenery was great. Pro shop and restaurant super, nice staff. Definitely worth another go.
Excellent course in beautiful condition..
We hadn’t played Whitetail in a few years, quite happy we came back and played it on Monday!
The course is in excellent condition, greens are fast but fair, pace of play was very good.
The layout is very challenging,I will never play to my handicap because of the amount of forced carries and fairly precise drives required on some holes.
But it’s a great course and we will be back again before the end of the season-highly recommend it!
Gem in the valley
Whitetail is worth the extra travel time to get to this gem.
My one and only knock is that we chose to walk the course. There are a lot of elevation changes, especially going from the greens to the next tee which can wear you out some. Spend the extra $$$ and rent a cart
