Peninsula Lakes Golf Club - Hillside
About
The Hillside Course is one of three nine-hole courses at Peninsula Lakes Golf Club. It is similar to the original course at the club, the Quarry, in that water comes into play on four holes. This golf course, however, uses the many lakes scattered throughout its landscape in creative ways to provide a unique set of challenges. There are also strategically placed bunkers bordering the fairways and greens. The golf course starts out with the shortest par-4 at Peninsula Lakes Golf Club but bites back with a tricky par 3. The fourth and fifth holes are built between two lakes, making them particularly scenic but they also demand hitting straight.

Definitely a course to play
I grew up in Niagara and visit monthly but have never played Pen Lakes.
That was a mistake.
Course was in terrific shape, very nice tracks with a great layout.
In an area with so many great tracks this is definitely the top 4 or 5 and worth the play.
I will say the price could have been 15-20 bucks cheaper as a walker but that is the only small item of complaint.
Will go back and recommend it for everyone.
Excellent facility
Really nothing bad to say about the entire experience. Greens are in very good shape, very impressed.
Played from the whites and found it long but very playable. Great setting and even with limited contact, staff was friendly.
Pen Lakes
This is one of Niagara's premier courses. Always well maintained, and having 3 9-hole courses adds welcome variety. It is a challenging course, with some undesirable fescue, but hey, that's the game....
