About
The Hillside Course is one of three nine-hole courses at Peninsula Lakes Golf Club. It is similar to the original course at the club, the Quarry, in that water comes into play on four holes. This golf course, however, uses the many lakes scattered throughout its landscape in creative ways to provide a unique set of challenges. There are also strategically placed bunkers bordering the fairways and greens. The golf course starts out with the shortest par-4 at Peninsula Lakes Golf Club but bites back with a tricky par 3. The fourth and fifth holes are built between two lakes, making them particularly scenic but they also demand hitting straight.

October Golf
While it was windy, the rain held off and the sun came out for the final nine holes. No beverage cart was out today. The course was not busy and we completed the front nine in 1.5 hours. We caught up to a foursome at the turn so completed the second nine in 2 hours. Overall not a bad time. Greens were fast, fairways in good shape. Lots of leaves which made finding the ball a bit of a challenge at times. Cart path only today as the course was wet, but overall we had a great time.
Must play here.
Just a great day out from start to finish. Greens were in great condition for this time of year. Staff were super friendly. Definitely going to play here again.
Great course , poor players etiquette
This course is beautiful, many trees, mature , water, and vitas that take yoyr breath away. We were disappointed on the Orchard course to have four women who we had to wait on every single shot. There were no players ahead for 2 more holes. It was a frustrating round.
Great Course!!
Great lay out, challenging yet forgiving if you make a mistake. Water placed in just the right areas to keep you honest. I’d come back and play this course in a minute!
Ladies watch out
This course is well maintained and has nice view. I did not mind all the waters but the ladies tee boxes are not much different from white tee especially for the par 5 holes. If you are not long hitter women, this is not the course for you.
Value!
A beautifully laid out and maintained course with clean fairways, good cart paths, excellent greens and well manicured roughs. Had a gorgeous day in October for an excellent value. Thanks Penn. Lakes.
Hidden Gem
No matter how good you are a golfer this course is the best for everyone, great layout with your choice of 3 nine hole sections, The Orchard, Hillside or Quarry.
