About
Forest Golf & Country Hotel offers a total of 27 holes of golf, one 18-hole course and a nine-hole course. The courses are laid across the gently rolling hills of Southwest Ontario. The location is conveniently close to Kitchener and Toronto as well as the beaches and parks of Lake Huron. The longer golf course is known for its tricky island green. Both courses share a landscape of dense forests and tranquil lakes, which is known to harbor all different types of wildlife.

User friendly Course
Played 18 holes, course was in good shape! It wasn't busy.. nice not being rushed! Shot a birdie on the 13th, Great Day!
First time out this season. Great day.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Fairways and greens in good shape considering the rain we have had.
Will play this course several times this summer.
I like the open fairways, works well for my type of game (right,left, right, left)
My wife and daughterinlaw also enjoy playing there.
Forest: a good bet for senior, junior and women golfers
27 holes, so you have another option on busy play days.
Some undulating greens that demand more attention to putting.
Water lurks on half of the 27 holes, a factor for higher handicappers, with errant shots': two holes are carries over water.
No par 5s, shorter par 4s:: 6 are driveable. Forest tests the short game with some postage stamp greens which always hold. I can only think of one sand trap.
This is a good bet for skilled seniors to shoot their age.

Great shape little wet in areas but to be expected with amount of rain.

Great course. Was in great shape and staff were excellent. Shorter yardage course but still enjoyed it.
Needs a marshall to speed up slow players who don't let a twosome play through.

Enjoyed our round of golf once we got by the pro shop! Staff was not very friendly or accommodating to us. Our cart had very bad moldy seat, and we asked to take a different one. All kinds of new ones there, but he wouldn't let us, said no they are in order?? Had to speak to the manager to get a new one. Once we got out on the course it was enjoyable
we enjoyed our round of golf and felt we had good value for our money and would recommend it for those that enjoy shorter courses
