About
Located only minutes away from downtown Hamilton and offering a spectacular view of the city, Chedoke Golf Club features two 18-hole championship golf courses. The par-70 Martin Course was built in 1896 and was the original Hamilton Golf & Country Club before it was relocated to Ancaster. It plays 5, 745 yards from the championship tees.

Chedoke Martin
Excellent course with easy access. Although in the heart of the city, its picturesque views from the Niagara escarpment makes it seem as if your in the country. Challenging but not overwhelming. Great for a day out without having to travel...if you're a local. I'll definitely golf it again. And again. Plus exceptional value.
Had to leave
I had to leave do to emergency and could not get a rain check for ny round
Weekend jam
Course was in prime shape. Fast smooth greens. Crowded for holidays. A bit pricey for chedoke
Ruff is really ruff
Lose a ball you’re looking forever and that’s off the fairway.
Well worth the money
First time golfing here, excellent course. Walked it but would recommend a cart as there are a lot of hills. Snack bar between hole 9&10. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap but semi challenging course
Nice course
Good value for the price. Good pace of play. Some really long challenging holes. 240 yard par 3 with a bunker right in front. Favourite hole for sure.

The day Wassap beautiful, the course nice condition, the staff so nice , at the end a very wonderful day
Ridiculous tee time
Tee time was ridiculous. Why would anybody at this course agree to five tee time at 7 45pm for 18 holes?
Price was low, but pls don't so it again.
Allow to play at least 9.
Golfnow confirmed the tee times are goven by the folf course stuff.
It was hard to see if this course was good.(:>)
Clean Up Your Act
The greens and fairways 7/10.
Tees 3/10
Rough 2/10 too long and when it was cut the cut grass was not picked up and it was VERY difficult to find the ball.
A few of the tees do not have good access. Definitely could be improved.
Pace of play
As a single I was forced to go off the back. It was jammed. The front was empty as the ladies groups had not yet made the turn. I suggested this and was not allowed. 2:15hrs. Became 4:15hrs long. Course was in great shape, rough long, greens smooth and fast.
Great Value Course
Best value course around. Rates are super competitive. Greens were hard and true. Course is drying out. Nice day out.
Value
Super windy, wet in spots, greens very smooth, thick rough at this time of year, a few balls lost in rough. Some yardage markers not placed yet. Good day overall.
