Not very good.
Sprinklers should not be going when you tee off at 12:40 pm. Other than that, there is quite an issue with the geese. I understand they are hard to keep off of the course, but the droppings can be maintained to a degree.
Was not a pleasant experience.
Great little course in the west end of the Hammer
Good course....Average challenges...good value...very convenient.
Aug 14th
Very hilly but well maintained. No directional signage so was hard to find next hole. Front nine was much tougher than back nine. Good value for the price. Would go again.
Good value
Good value for money. Hilly and wouldn't walk this course. Always cart. Course needs better signage for next hole locations
Boring layout
Fairly straightforward design that benefits from undulating terrain. Signage is very poor so it is imperative you look at the map often. Little in the way of cart oaths to assist in finding the next tee. You are often driving close to greens and tees. Tough course to walk given the severe slopes. Mature trees can penalize wayward shots. Greens were about average - pay attention to where the escarpment/mountain is as it impacts greatly on the greens.sand traps average.Staff are pleasant, but average in service.
There are better courses in the area that cost the same but it's great to see the city support golfers by operating three courses in the city, two of hich are located at Chedoke.
good course and conditions
for the $ it was good deal. Biggest issue is poor markings to guide u to next hole. I wouldnt walk it as its long
Good value
We got a good deal 54$ with cart for 2. The pace of play wAs pretty good for a weekend. The green were very receptive but not a straight put on the course. You can get lost trying to find some holes. But all in all it was fine.
Quiet and Quick
Played the front 9 at the Martin Course and the front 9 at the Beddoe course as the Martin was slowing down and I was playing as a single golfer. I had no-one in front of me for almost the entire 18 holes and got through in less than 3 hours. Course is inn good shape and the staff are always friendly and courteous.
Always a good round at the Chedoke course. I recommend it.
Great course
Not a difficult course but very enjoyable but they have to do something about the coffee , it's terrible even though we got a fresh pot.
Chedoke Martin
Course was in excellent condition. Some greens had debris that could have been blown off. Club house and dining are OK for a municipal course.
great value
Course is in good shape, trying to find the next hole is confusing not enough signs post the location of next hole. Some of the things the city of hamilton needs the address. It's been like that for years
