Disappointing outing
Interesting layout and used to be good value. The course conditions were poor with dried out fairways. Only a few holes had yardage markers and they just top dressed all the greens without warning or discount.
A little chilly, but better than sitting on the couch
Course was in great condition. We got paired up with another twosome, and we had a great round. The cool weather and wind made for a challenging round, but I managed a 6 stroke advantage on my nephew by the end.
Decent course
The layout of this course is very good. The spring conditions were ok. There is very few yardage markers and the fairways were just ok.
Cart Path Issue
This is one of my favourite courses to play in Durham. Fun and challenging and in very good condition. The only “complaint” I have is the cart paths need major work in some areas. Huge craters and gaps make walking a challenge to not twist an ankle. No carts available yet but when they are there are some areas you had better hang on tight.
1st time; coming back
First time I've played the course and considering the time of the year, the course conditions were in really decent shape... tees were good. course itself was a lot of fun to play and posed fair but good challenges that made you earn many shots to place well...
Great value for money and definitely going to try and get another round in this yr if possible and maybe make it my go-to for next...

Really enjoyed the course. Played well and given the time of yr, was in good condition. Hope to get another round in this yr. Excellent value for money.
Good value and pace wasn’t too bad considering course was really busy.
Way over booked
Had a tee time and had to wait 45 minutes for a cart. 3 hrs to play 9 holes
