Legends on the Niagara is home to several entertaining golf courses that appeal to players of all skill levels, This unique complex is home to two championship golf courses, a nine-hole course, and a unique 18-hole putting course. The Battlefield Course is one of the 18-hole, championship courses, so named because of the facility's location on the hallowed grounds of the legendary Battle of Chippewa during the War of 1812. The layout features an impressive man-made lake that spans nearly 20 acres and comes into play on at least four holes. The 13th hole is particularly notable for its spectacular view of Niagara Falls in the distance.

STONEY GREENS AND AERATED TEE BOXES
Charging full price to play 18 with a cart when the course has aerated tee boxes (visually distracting) and top dressed greens that were more stones than sand is an absolute disgrace. Very disappointed with the conditions for the price that you have to pay to play not even a warning from anyone at the course not even a discounted rate. all and all it was terrible.
Easy course to get around
Fairways are open and bunkers are tough (requires more sand).

less than 1/2 inch of sand in bunkers. rate of play was ok on first 9 than waited for every shot on back nine
Still My Favourite Niagara Region Golf Course
Considering it's early Spring and the course has been opened only about 2 weeks, the conditions were really good. Greens, even though a little bumpy and hard, their speed was very good. Fairways, tee boxes and sand were at peak conditions.
Pace of play the slowest I’ve experienced so far in Ontario
Crazy slow pace of play. No marshalls to speed it up. We saw 3-4 flights by hole 11 quit because it was just so slow. Conditions are okay.
Great courses to play
I always enjoy playing here, the staff are friendly and accommodating. They work hard to ensure you have a great time.
Great course
For the beginning of November the course is in excellent shape. The tee boxes and greens were top notch. Fairways were wet due to rain but were playable. Cart path only was reasonable considering conditions. Great course.
