Legends on the Niagara is home to several entertaining golf courses that appeal to players of all skill levels, This unique complex is home to two championship golf courses, a nine-hole course, and a unique 18-hole putting course. The Battlefield Course is one of the 18-hole, championship courses, so named because of the facility's location on the hallowed grounds of the legendary Battle of Chippewa during the War of 1812. The layout features an impressive man-made lake that spans nearly 20 acres and comes into play on at least four holes. The 13th hole is particularly notable for its spectacular view of Niagara Falls in the distance.

One of the premier courses in Niagara
This course was imaculate and never fails to excite me. I almost gave "course conditions" 4 stars though, only because the greens had been recently aerified (although they were only pin punched). Penn Lake greens were nicer when I played there 2 weeks ago. Never the less, the company and the weather made for a very enjoyable day.
Tournament
they had tournament on both courses we were to tee off 20 min. before the tournament bot to us on the tenth but that didn't happen they were at the tee the same time as us. started yell that we should not be golfing while they were in a tournament, so it made for a long day..
Always enjoy the Niagara golfing
Drove in had a leisure drive then played a nice game of golf.
Excellent course
Drove an hour and a half to go back and play at this course. It has a nice driving range, putting area and overall everything was good
Great course but could reduce prices for rainy days..
Best Way to Start Retirement
Battlefield is an excellent course. It was in great shape. The fairways were firm and in good repair. The greens were somewhat slow but that is a good thing. the significant undulations would make for tricky putting but the green speeds were fair while still offering a stern test.
My only complaint was with signage on the property. Not having played here before multiple buildings made for a confusing check in process.
I enjoyed my round and look forward to playing here again.
Good but some changes needed
Some more sand is needed in traps. You have the best patio in NIAGARA and it is not open. Sad.
Exceptional
Everything was on point.. played as a two some behind a couple groups of four so pace was kind of slow but expected .. course conditions were amazing and pin placements a/b/c on the card made identifying the flag location that much easier. Will definitely be back after I play Ushers creek
