Legends on the Niagara Golf Course - Battlefield

I golfed with family and have to say it was a great round. The staff were friendly and very efficient. The course plays well and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Tees, fairways and greens are great. I paid 47 to walk which is a very good rate for this good of golf course. I love to walk but this course is not set up to walk. Most holes you have to follow the cart path between holes because of natural areas and water. This is a Niagara Park so promote walking. A few paths and bridges would be nice. Nice course but take a cart.

Greens were amazing and fast today...best I have ever seen them in years....PEOPLE THAT PAY THEIR $$$ TO ENJOY THIS COURSE>>>REPAIR YOUR BALL MARKS ON THE GREENS>>>>!!!!>>>BESIDES MINE... I WAS FIXING AT LEAST 4 OTHERS...COME ON PLAYERS!!!!!!

Over watering on the fairways from 140yds in changed wedge shots....wet under shoes with no rain..not good....maybe every 2 days???

Course I'd in excellent conditions during hot dry weather. Greens are very receptive and challenging. Lots of variety

new to golf have done a few courses legends courses are my favorite so far

Course was not busy due to forecasted rain which arrived for much of front nine. Rain gear on. Rain gear off. Golf experience was excellent.

Pre round check in at pro shop was fine. Had to argue with Starter/cart assignment for individual carts. How about offering two rider shared cart price or individual full cart price? And telling you you will be forced to share a cart. We would absolutely pay for individual cart price. Have done that as a single in prior years at many courses. The course has equipped carts with the vinyl shower curtain divider between driver and rider which is an exception clarified for transport of a passenger. Riders can also choose carts with no divider.

This course has previously agreed to send out individual carts. On this day that seemed to be an issue with the cart guys. Provincial Stage 3 doesn't mean less precautions on distancing. We are fortunate here in Ontario. Some States require wearing masks while playing golf in the heat. We don't want that to happen here.

PGA of Canada and PGA of Ontario websites both STILL (08/08/2020) quote the OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT GUIDANCE "limit golf cart use to one cart per golfer with the exception of those golfers who reside in the same household".

Playing partner and I live in separate houses. This used to be a favorite pair of courses. Can't recommend these courses anymore when they're not open to accommodating player COVID request for separate carts.

This is such a great course with tremendous value and I’ve always loved the layout. 5-9, 11-13 & 18 are all great holes!! Very fair off the tee but tough greens that require good approach shots. Staff is great (fellas in the shop, Marshall’s) Just too bad the patio is only open Fri-Sun and their Kitchen is closed. You can only get food that’s made in the halfway house. Views of 9 & 18 from the patio are great when it is open.

Enjoyed the course layout. Many bunkers and well placed. Challenging design. Course was in good condition. Fast greens.

The course has wide fairways That are forgiving.

Risks are rewarded if you want to take them.

Course is always in great shape, great staff and marshals that do their job
