Legends on the Niagara Golf Course - Battlefield

The course was in good condition the greens were fast and had been recently aerated. The pace of play was painful. The group in front of us were extremely slow, waited to speak with a marshall after the third hole and never seen one all day. The pace was so slow that the group behind us actually quit playing at the 14 th hole.
They need to better manage the pace of play.

When your off the fairway, have fun! Straight shooters enjoy. Very challenging course!

Professionally maintained course with nice wide fairways and generous greens but difficult to score low. An average golfer will have fun teeing off and getting on the greens but will get a higher score because of the difficult putting. The greens are in excellent shape and pretty big but they are fast and somewhat undulating so you will rack up all your extra strokes here. Overall very beautiful and very fun.

Course was in good shape considering all the rain the previous few days. The greens were fast but true. The pace of play was reasonable at just under 4 hours. Only criticism was the tee blocks for one set was 5500 yards and the next ones were at 6200. Just a bit too long for my game. A set of blocks closer to 6000 would be a nice addition.

One of the nicest courses I have ever played. Will be playing this course again next time i can get out for a Hot Deal.

We were able to start 1/2 hour early, and were allowed to play as just a twosome, Pace of play was not bad since there were alot of twosomes out there. (not complaining} Very nice course with the bonus of hot deal of the day made it an outstanding day. Weather was great, course had a ton of bunkers and a suspended green on the 18th hole. Very challenging

The course was in terrific shape. There are no parallel holes, you feel like you are out there all by yourself. The fairways are generous, very playable for all skill levels. I will certainly be back!

interesting approach shots to some tough pins and fast greens. Overall had a great day.

good layout, have to use all the clubs in your bag, forgiving fairways and greens. Definitely play again

One of the nicer courses I have played in a while ! Had a great time on this beautiful course . Lots of bunkers to make it challenging & interesting .

After considerable rain during the previous many days, the course (Usherrs' Creek) was understandably wet.; however, the maintenance staff had done an excellent job to have it ready for play . The staff, as always, was friendly and very helpful.

My wife and I had a most enjoyable time. We make the "pilgrimage" down from Ottawa to Niagara falls/ Niagara on the Lake every September to enjoy a week of Theatre at The Shaw Festival, and to play some of the very fine courses here. We would encourage anyone to come and play both Legends courses, and Whirlpool.

This was the first time I played Battlefield. I've only played Usher's Creek in the past. I really enjoyed Battlefield more than Usher's Creek. The course was a good challenge, and very fair. The course was in good shape and the greens were maintained.
The staff was very friendly and helpful both on and off the course. Can't wait to come back,

Great conditions and tough layout leads to a great game that also leaves a desire to play again and again.

The course is beautiful and challenging and is very well kept. As a former Torontonian I can't believe what I used to pay going an hour north of Toronto, when I could have driven down here for a far superior course and lower price in an extra 20 minutes.

From the start , I knew this was a nice course, ( free practice balls for the spacious 360 degree driving range!) they could only accommodate Foursomes ( as it was very busy) , so we got teamed up with one twosome , then another joined us on the 11th hole ( as we stopped at the turn for a hotdog ( btw , some good menu options.) Overall , one of the better courses I've played, and the staff's professionalism , and friendliness made it a great experience.

This is a wonderfully maintained and challenging golf course. Definitely worth playing again. I wish I had had the time to play its sister course, Battlefield which looks every bit as good.

Good value for money--get there early and take advantage of good practice area.
