Great little course; well groomed and maintained.
Excellent designed 9 holes to challenge your ball striking, mid-irons and wedge play.
Extremely Slow Pace - Perfect for Beginners
If you're expecting a beginner course that is kept to high standards (95% as nice as Usher's Creek and Battlefield, the other two courses at Legends), then this is the place to play.
Lower rating for course layout is due to difficulty finding some tee boxes - you really need to look at the scorecard diagram to get an idea of where to walk. It isn't very clear, and I don't know how I would have found the 2nd tee without the card.
Good selection of medium-long par 3's, so it's a good practice facility.

Great value
Fun course. On their website they said it was a par 3 course, but we got there and there were two holes over 370 yards, so that was a bit misleading. Also, the refreshments cart never came around. But those are the only complaints. It was in great shape, easy to walk, and great value

Love this Executive 9 hole course
As seniors, we had concerns about the heat wave but we golfed and walked the course. What saved us was the lovely breeze across this beautiful 9 hole course. A little disappointed today as the usual articulate landscape around this course seemed rough...the grass was a little too high and difficult to find our balls. It seems most of the courses I have recently played in the Niagara Region is the same. Is this due to the virus pandemic?
I love playing this course
Another great day at Chippawa
Note: The off course amenities were not open due to COVID-19. The weather began with a slight rain, otherwise it was perfect. As a couple of recreational golfers we really like this course and play it very often throughout the season. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. They outlined the physical distancing rules well and the course was well set up to comply with the COVID rules. We will be back next week.
