Running alongside the Niagara River, Legends on the Niagara offers two championship courses, a nine-hole course, and a unique 18-hole putting course, all of which boast impressive scenery and breathtaking views. The nine-hole Chippawa Course is named after the legendary Battle of Chippawa which took place during the War of 1812 on what is now the facility's location. The enjoyable layout can be easily walked, making it ideal for beginners or players interested in a quick, challenging round. The Chippawa has garnered a reputation as being the best short course in the country. For even more practice, Legends on the Niagara offer extensive training facilities including a 45-acre driving range, putting greens, and a short game area with bunker.

Nice Executive Course
Conditioned like the other on site Legends courses and is quite a challenging executive course. Fast greens, manicured and for $7.99 hot deal is best around. Great course for anyone, not just beginners.

GREAT NINE HOLE COURSE TO PLAY
I enjoy playing this course, I take my wife and go for a walk. She is a beginner so this is a good course to learn many different aspects of the game. For me it is a great course to work on iron shots and the not so easy short chips. The course is in very good condition and the greens are true. Well worth the money to play.

good course for price value
greens a little long and fairways may need to be cut but play here weekly and good challenge even for the intermediate golfer

WELL WORTH PLAYING
For a mid length nine hole course this is definitely one of the better to play. The course condition was very good and the greens exceptional. The staff is very friendly and professional both at the main club house and the small one. This is a challenging course, with holes that make you think how to play them and where you need good club selection. Well worth playing.

Great Executive Course - Be Sure to Try It!
Not many executive courses in the area and this is the best one I have played, even better than the course I am a member at. Excellent prices, as well

5. Par 3s are a good length (even for men)

Made inquiry re: ladies league. Tuesdays from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. $70.00 sign up fee. $14 per round.
Golf Passes - 20 and 50 books available. Couldn't find cost on website. Google search indicated $10 per round
Note: Seniors rate starts at age 55
Fantastic review, thank you very much! As for our All Access passes, the 20 pack is $270 and the 50 pack is $500. They are transferable and don't expire. We find a lot of groups buy the 50 pack to get the best value and split the passes between them.

First round of the year.
My 9 year old son and I went out for our first round of the year and had fun. Course was very wet but was expected.
The recent warm temperatures and winds are drying the course out nicely. We hope to see you and your son again soon.

great 9 holes
starting with the staff this 9 hole course delivers. greens fairways and bunkers were in great shape. only complaint was there are no sprinkler heads or yardage markers on longer holes.

So far so good
I normally play the other legends courses and I felt I needed some short game practice. I booked on golf now and found I could actually get it cheaper at the course. I was by myself behind a mixed couples foursome who obviously did not know how to use a cart, or play ready golf. The foursome behind me was really slow as well and it gave me plenty of time to play a couple of balls and really practice. I enjoyed it and it actually helped. Course is in good condition but for some reason as the other legends courses it plays really short due to severe wet conditions. There is absolutley no roll out on any of the Lengends courses. Either they are over watering or getting more rain than the rest of the area. Over all a good time and a pretty good course.
Sorry to hear about the wet conditions. I don't think we've used the sprinkler system this year, or very rarely. We've had a lot of lake effect pop up storms this summer so we may have in fact had more rain then other local cities around here.
Unbelievably RUDE caddy staff
I was 7 minutes late and told that I was now unable to play unless I waited 2 1/2 hours. If that's not bad enough, one of the caddy types actually laughed out at me. Another caddy told me to return in 5 years.
I've played there for the entire season but have never been subjected to such unprofessional and ignorant behaviour.
I requested a new scheduling or a rain check but was refused.
So, I drove 48 minutes (7 minutes extra for construction), upon arrival at Chippawa at Legends, was refused access, mocked and ignored. Another 47 minutes to drive home. My entire afternoon and evening was destroyed.
I received no compensation, no apology and absolutely no respect.
Terrible experience.
