Running alongside the Niagara River, Legends on the Niagara offers two championship courses, a nine-hole course, and a unique 18-hole putting course, all of which boast impressive scenery and breathtaking views. The nine-hole Chippawa Course is named after the legendary Battle of Chippawa which took place during the War of 1812 on what is now the facility's location. The enjoyable layout can be easily walked, making it ideal for beginners or players interested in a quick, challenging round. The Chippawa has garnered a reputation as being the best short course in the country. For even more practice, Legends on the Niagara offer extensive training facilities including a 45-acre driving range, putting greens, and a short game area with bunker.

good short course with very good greens traps water hazards and great to practice with 3 par 4 and 6 par 3 holes from 148 to over 200yrds
Super slow play
Second week in a row where there has been a SIX SOME several holes in front of us. This is totally unacceptable. This should be notbe allowed as it takes away from everyone’s legends golf experience . I hope this will be monitored in the future or we will go somewhere else.

Its a Par3....
We did the Par3, golfed with a co-worker, so figured 9hole Par3 would be her max effort.
its ok, nice bunker sand, good rolled greens, (couple barespots).
For $13 golfnow, cant complain at all.

Excellent longer Executive 9 hole Course.
Good course conditions and somewhat challenging layout makes for a fun round of 9 holes in under 2 hours walking.

Very impressed - fairways were like carpet and the sand traps light - it is a great course to play when time is a factor - pin placements were challenging and the greens were true ... will definitely be back!!! Thanks!!!

One of Niagara’s gems
Brilliant way to end a hot week of work. Lovely walk mixing challenging golf, nature and wildlife. Finished of the wonderful golf with a swim in chippawa creek. Water is now 76 degrees.

Short Course But Excellent Condition
This 9 hole course is a great in between type course. Longer than par 3 courses but shorter than regular courses. Great practice for mid irons.
Course is always in excellent condition water and sand traps make it a little challenging.
For $13.00 all in (including Golfnow fee) it is a great value!

Great way to end work week
A lovely walk after a long hot week. This place is a hidden jem. Finished the round off with a swim in chippawa creek.

very nice layout with easy walking
very friendly but still requires some well placed shots , good for people who start out to golf , every person that is starting to play this game should be given a brochure on proper procedures in the playing of the game itself , I personally always said that an apprenticeship program should be in place and the person who receives this training will get a stamped card as to where they were schooled on the proper rules of the game , any player should be able to hit a ball in a proper fashion for at least 130 yards in a reasonable straight line needs to pass for this stamped card , also this should be done in a free environment with no monies at all , so when they show up to play the course personnel will see that this person is qualified to respect the property on which they are playing and know the rules abiding to the game , will enjoy the game much , much more .
