About
The Ussher's Creek Course at Legends on the Niagara is one of two championship courses at this unique complex, which is also home to a nine-hole course and a unique, 3-acre, 18-hole putting course. The meandering creek after which the golf course is named, snakes through a number of holes, making pinpoint accuracy a necessity. The scenic layout, which borders the Niagara River, features tree-lined fairways and tall, thick fescue rough. There are also wetland hazards coming into play throughout. Doglegs, well placed bunkers, and prevailing wind are all challenging elements that come into play but generous fairways add a player-friendly touch to the Ussher's Creek course at Legends on the Niagara.

Good Time
Our foursome enjoyed a leisurely round and were
very pleased overall.
Had a great nosh afterward.
Ushers creek
The coarse was very wet ,but, play able enjoyed my expierience at the coarse
Glad to hear you enjoyed your day despite how wet it's been so far this season. Hopefully the weather cooperates moving forward.
Lack of "Supplies"
This course is hailed as a must stop, and there is no arguing that. The courses at Legends on the Niagara are somewhere YOU SHOULD GOLF, but I was surprised by the lack of bunker rakes.
On more than 1 occasion I noticed fairway bunkers with deer hoof prints in them. Okay, we tee'd off at 11:30am, so obviously they were there from overnight, not between our lead group and us. But when I went to look for a rake, to correct the conditions for any group behind us, I couldn't find a rake. (#18 fairway)
A course this well maintained, this well respected, should have a rake (or 2) in every bunker. Why the bunkers were not raked by employees before our round is another question.
Lastly, the practice facilities are the best in a 50 km radius, but - the bunkers need help. The practice bunkers had little or no sand in them, and again - where are the rakes? They have a massive driving range (perk), and chipping green that must be over 16,000 sq feet, and a green putting green.
Show a little love to the bunkers.

Great course my home course but this year prices are too high. I noticed that on a great day it wasn't busy and I heard people talking that price $90 is too high. I booked my round on GolfNow and paid $65
Great Shape
I have played Usher's Creek many times. I was not expecting the course to be in the shape it was in. Was very pleasantly surprised. Tees, fairways, rough, traps all in great shape and greens excellent condition. Not quite up to summer speed but still quite good. Course is always a challenge. Played the back tees on the front with a couple of 15 handicappers and it ate them up. Moved up to the whites for the back nine and they were both shooting their handicap.

Legends in Niagara Falls Canada
Did not get to play Usshers Creek due to the weather, however, we did get to play Battlefield which is the in the same complex. Greens were very fast for this time of year. The course was a little wet, but due to all the rain we have had, it was in pretty good shape. The staff is great, the club house beautiful. The staff called to let me know that Usshers Creek would be closed, but they booked a tee time for me on Battlefield.

Rainy day golfin'
Day started out really wet. Downpour after downpour. Staff arranged to change our tee time from 9:00 to 11;00 to wait out the rain. Damp for a couple holes then the sun came out. Still damp underfoot but is to be expected.Turned into a good day. Lots of wildlife e.g. coy-wolf/geese etc.
Glad to hear the staff were able to accommodate a later start to avoid some of the rare rain this season! We hope to see you again on a nicer day to enjoy beautiful golf courses.

We were greeted by friendly staff on this beautiful fall day..Super nice layout, course was in great shape, greens were fast and true. Typical 4 1/2 hr round.. can't wait to play it again.

Niagara's Finest
As a local in the Niagara area I would say ushers creek, along with battlefield are amongst the best in area. With nearly 40 courses in the region, Niagara has quietly become a golf Mecca and legends is easily a top 5 facility.

Superb
Really enjoyed our round. Weather was perfect and the course was in superb condition. Fairways were soft so lots of plugged balls but overall the greens and whole course was in great shape. Play a bit slow due to a hacker 3-some in front but still did 18 in 4:20.
So quiet and serene you could here the bees buzzing in the shrubs. Saw a mink near the 10th tee.
Highly recommend. Liked it better than the Battlefield track but it is great too. No helicopters constantly buzzing overhead like at Whirlpool. (really drags that track down).

Great golf course
Great golf course my only complaint would be that Gar my only complaint would be that The cart girl never paid attention and would drive right up while you're on the T hitting the golf ball

Ushers Creek
The course was in great shape considering all the rain we have had.The and employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Pace of play was slow, waiting every shot. The marshals were present but didn't seem to move the golfers along. play time was over 5 hours.

Beautiful track!
Gorgeous course and in excellent condition. Staff was very friendly and accommodating - helping us maneuver around a couple groups of very slow players. I'd definitely return.

Disappointment
What shame to have such a great course with major drawbacks. First it's ridiculous to have the shortest tees over 5400 yards .Older women or shorter hitting ladies will find it way too long. Many women would never want to play it again. How easy and player friendly it would be to add a shorter set of tees around 4900 yards. It would attract more players and speed up play. Our round took over 4hours and 45 minutes. We waited on every shot and we are not a fast foursome . No attention from Rangers . Real disappointment
