Played with my mom. Weather was great, course was in great shape, despite all the rain they got the first couple of days prior. Just a great round overall

This golf course is very hard to play from the whites, so if you play the blues or golds it will make for an interesting round. Course was in great shape for April 20th. Will definitely be back.

The layout of the course is fantastic. It's an out and back links style yet with woodland features. The staff are great and conditioning is always top notch. The only knock is if you play your round when League play is going on then the pace of play suffers. You might want to book your round away from these times, so ask. Otherwise once you play Willodell you will want to return.

Last day of the year, good shape and great weather so slow is the way to go. Too bad the clubhouse was closed would have had a couple of cold ones. Can't wait til next year.

was allowed out early as course was wide open - played through a walking twosome on 11. Considering it was November, conditions were excellent - sunny, no wind - started with 4 layers (under armour, shirt, zip top and vest and toque) and played with 3 layers and cap. - Course was in excellent shape, great fairways and greens - lost balls whenever I strayed off fairway -especially blind shots. To be expected with fallen leaves and lower sun.

I booked day before as a hot deal - too true. An unbelievable bargain -

My wife and i had played here earlier in the summer. We wanted to squeeze in another fall round and weather was not looking good, but GOLFNOW had a good deal and the rain looked less severe in the Niagara area.

Turn out to bet a very pleasant day, it was warm and the rain held off. Paired up with a local resident and his friend. Course was in very good shape, staff friendly and we confirmed our initial opinion that this a course we should play more often.

Layout is out and back on both nines, but without too much interference with other holes. There are couple of interesting holes such as the driveable 14th. Not terribly long but some challenges if wild off the tee. Greens were in great shape

The rippled fairways seem to be well known to anyone who has played here. Location was possibly an orchard in the past? These make the cart ride a bit bouncy,. however, layout of the course would easily allow for walking.

Good course to play, nice greens and fairways, enjoyable.

Had a great dy at willowdell. Course is in good shape and has some tough holes. I make willowdell one of my goto courses in the area. Its always kept in good shape

Considering the dry summer the course is in excellent condition. Front nine flat terrain, back nine more rolling.

Course up keep was impressive, the course itself lacked imagination...front nine was pretty straight forward, back nine had a couple nice holes with challenging obstacles.

We did however feel like the marshals followed our group around all day waiting for a slip up. Which when we forgot to replace one divot, we heard about it immediately! Guess cause we're in our early 30's and have sleeve tattoos, must mean we're up to no good. Definitely not a younger crowd, and caters to older more "traditional' golfers.

Course was in great shape considering the drought. Greens fast and true, fairways pretty green. Pace was horrendous, multiple 5 som'e s allowed made for almost a 5 hour round. Will most likely try it again as the price was good value for the money but if its slow again will never go back.

We played this course and it was one of the nicest courses we played this year. The greens and the fairways were well maintained, considering the hot and dry summer we have been experiencing.The only draw back was the ranger that followed us around forever. We teed off around 9:40 and we completed 6 holes by 10:55. According to the ranger, we needed to pick up the pace. There was nobody in front of us and we weren't holding anybody up. We will come back and play this course again but you need to hire rangers that make you feel welcome and know the pace of play. We ended up completing our round in 4 hours and 20 minutes. I don't know how much faster we can go. The GM Mario is a super nice guy who makes you want to come back. It's time to spread that hospitality to the rangers.

course was in excellent shape and the greens were fairly soft which surprised me considering the dry weather we have been having.. rough was fairly short and finding ball was fairly easy but you were still penalized for stray shots by the abundance of trees lining the fairways and I had a few times when I had to play the ball back into the fairway rather than go for the green because of tree obstruction. There were marshals to keep the pace of play moving and I had an enjoyable day on the course and I would go back in a minute.

I really liked the course, however I didn't like the way the bunkers were laid out around the greens ( you have to be a good golfer to avoid and shoot well.

5 par 5's that can be reached, greens are fast but nice.

The Marshall needs to tell slower women to let men through could've been done 45 minutes to an hour sooner for ladies held up the speed of play when there was six open holes ahead of them and the Marshall didn't say anything
