Whirlpool Golf Course

I love this golf course. It is my second favorite of the three excellent Niagara Parks courses (Ussher's Creek being the first) and it may be the hardest of the three.

It plays long, especially in the wind and it is a challenging layout. Hit fairways and you will be rewarded...miss them and be ready to make bogey or worse.

Greens are in good shape and the course is in the best overall shape that it has been in since Pierre Trudeau was PM of Canada!

Niagara Parks may very well run the three best Munis in the world. Amazing job here at Whirlpool folks and I can't wait to get back!

We have played more than once, and we never had a complaint. The area is relaxing, even with the helicopters overhead.

The time of play is always good.

Perfect weather conditions. Course in good condition tee to green. Greens quite patchy and haven't grown in yet. Still early in the season but always enjoy playing this course.

We played from the blue tees and I must say that it makes it long for the average golfer. Par 3s especially. I’m going back to whites next time I’m there.

For the time of year and the weather we have had recently the course was in very good shape. However the low lying areas were still very soggy and water still standing in areas. The greens however were very good and rolled pretty true. This is a challenging course and one of the better ones in Niagara, a definite to play.

The course was soggy at best. This made it cartpath only which slows everything down. The course is in good shape overall. It’s early in the season and I am sure we will play it again!

Still spring golf so a bit wet especially sand bunkers. Positive side with Spring golf is that the course is not very busy and rates are great, Great walking course. Saw a herd(?) of deer on the back nine so that was a nice break.

This is early in the season and the green's are fast. Going to be a real challenge in the summer. We have had some rain so it was a little wet. No roll but clean and place. Made it real long. Nice layout, well bunkered, tree lined but not to narrow, nice amount of water. Pretty course. I have always wanted to play this course and now, I must play it again. The staff are great. The hamburger's are the best I have had. Jim

Staff always friendly and accommodating. Great shape for early spring.

As always this course was in excellent condition considering the time of year. The off course facilities were closed, (halfway house, restaurant etc.) but that wasn't an issue at all. Real good round in November.

No food services except in pro shop- which turned out to be excellent! Fresh pre-made sandwiches , and good coffee! Thanks !

Yes, the tourist helicopters are overhead constantly. No big deal. It's a TOUGH track because it's narrow-ish, and the trees on both sides are punishing. I didn't loose any balls, but I was completely blocked by trees on at least 4 holes, so accuracy off the tee is important here. Greens are good, challenging but not crazy by any means. Definitely possible to avoid 3 putts on a round. Overall, I had a great day out and since it was end of October the course was quiet. I'd image it gets very busy in the summer. Oh, only downside, there's no warm up range.
