Had the most amazing golf day with my son , coarse was in great shape and the staff were all very friendly and polite. Best Father's day ever !

Driving in, I noticed a temporary green on #1. The range was soaked, balls plugging every time. The course was very wet and cart path only. Many greens were in rough shape. Lots of plugged balls on the course as well. Disappointing........pretty good weather and great company.

Love the green and a few hole's layout . Will definitely come back again

Had 4 temp greens. Why are you charged full rate for 1/4 of course

Always love The Abbey but when you charge $100+ the Range better be open. It was closed this morning and I did not get a chance to warm up. The staff was aware that the range was closed and they still accept a full greens fee knowing that fee was based on use of ALL the facilities (I.e the range. Practice greens, etc).

Other than that the course was in good shape for the first week of May. Greens not so true, but that’s to be expected In spring and 1,2 and 4 had problems with drainage so greens were offline. They put oversized cups about 20 yards off the front of each green which was a bit gimmicky but also fun putting into a cup that even Rory couldn’t miss.

Good round. Fairways were in great shape but don’t charge me $100+ and advertise the range facility when it was out of service.

Amazing course, my bud chad smith jessica albatrossed 18 to cap it off. Amazing time.

Fall colours were in full bloom. Course was in great condition. Hope it stays regardless if they loose the Open. Great company I played with, both first timers and they loved every swing.

Terrible pace of play. Not very organized. Supposed to be club link course. It’s not it’s a very bad line up of carts and people at every hole. Especially when you get to back nine 4 cars deep of a delay. I golf grey stone 4 hours this course 6 hours if lucky

Our round at Glen Abbey was fabulous. Took my son (his first time there) and we had a blast. Course conditions were excellent and staff were outstanding! Don’t miss an opportunity to play here - plenty challenging but it offers something for golfers of all levels

It is always fun to play the Abbey but the course was the wettest I have ever seen. The greens were fine, the bunkers were flattened down by all the rain and people ahead of us didn't rake the bunkers. There was NO sun as forecasted and the fog started to roll in on the back 9. I know the course can't control the rain but it still wasn't worth the price...........................Sorry.....................

I’m glad I was able to play this course especially a few weeks after the Canadian Open. Course is very well maintained. Unfortunately a storm came through making the course virtually unplayable. It’s not cheap but worth the experience.

5.5 hours to play is ridiculous. The group in front of us looked like they had never hit a golf ball before.

Course is great, but the management for the pace of play was horrible. Ended up playing for 6 hours. At on point, there were 6 groups on one hole, 4 groups waiting to tee of, one in the fairway and one on the green. No one came to offer a solution or compensation. Ended up playing 3 holes in the dark. This was a very bad experience for is. We have never ever ran in to this kind of situation anywhere else we have played, across Canada and the States.

Now ... don’t get me wrong... I like people

People are good

But even the best people need time on the golf course .

Today however, we were jammed up right from hole # 2

Five hours and we could only finish 14 holes properly.

The course was in phenomenal shape.. the open here last week so I can imagine everyone wants on ..

This was my first time at glen abbey. And wow it is more beautiful to play than just watching on tv. Very thick rough amazing bunkers and perfect greens (though tough. ). Apparently this course is set to be demolished and turned into a housing development. That would truly be sad. Let’s try to keep this gem open and find another space to develop.

Played this course due to the ongoing discussions to shut it down. Played it in the past prior to it being a Clublink course. Still a great track. A Canadian icon.
