Pace of play
The pace of play here is bad! Having three mines with the option of playing either two is cool. Problem is that on the front you can play super quick, like we did today (we played the north course) and then hit a wall front of you (today we played the south). It was extremely frustrating playing behind four slow groups that had ZERO regard for how fast they were playing and there is absolutely zero enforcement of pace of play. We elected to skip three holes on the back because it was going so slow. I’m since they may sell part of the course to housing development it seems as if management does not care about the experience on the golf course. I would not recommend playing here.

Greens were good, the fairways had some dead spots. Overall a good course with a great layout. Disappointing to hear the course may close due to home development.
Fire ant infestation throughout. Stay away!
One of the worst golf course experience in my recent memory. Course is just not managed with huge tree limbs laying all over the place. Fire ant mounds everywhere - several times on the green my group was getting attacked by these ant - yes they bite!!

My first time playing royal vista,course was in decent shape.I enjoyed the par 5 layouts the most.There afe some very nice holes on this course.My only negative observation was the older gentle who was the starter,wasnt very friendly and a bit dismissive.Diidnt feel welcome at all.this place is very clicky .The regulars seem to get the best service,that to bad.Im in the golf industry,and the starters have always set the tone for a great or just ok experience.Id recommend the course on its merits alone,and would probably give a refresher course on customer service as opposed to favoritism.
Good Layout
Bunkers could use some real sand. Golf carts need alignment or replaced all together
Horrible service with aging facility and golf carts
If you're looking for service, don't golf here. Compared to other golf courses this one ranks the worst in terms of offering decent service. The golf carts are easily more than 20 years old, seat cushions are worn with holes and drive terribly. Staff has a bad attitude, especially the starter who took his job way too seriously.
