Nice course
Overall the course was awesome to play! The only thing that I can think of were around the greens could use a little work, but altogether a perfect course for an beginner golfer like myself.
Greens need work.
Pace of play was not quick, due to no Marshal on duty. Greens were not very green (except for the green paint), but were smooth & quick. No water on course & drink cart was not visible. Carts were nice & other aspects of the course play were good.
Great price for the quality
The course was in good shape aside from the occasional dead tee box. The greens were very challenging and extremely fast. Took me a while to get used to if I ever did and I shot higher than I have in months. But I would definitely take on the challenge again for $46 on a Saturday.
Great layout - improving conditions
The layout is more interesting than some of the competitor courses in the area, and the conditions are improving steadily, a little better every time I play here.
Not overly long, but the varied dog-legs and layout keeps this round interesting.
Nice scenic course
Pleasant course intertwined through the Newport subdivision.
Awesome layout
Nice course, fairly easy, keeps you honest tee to green with houses surrounding a lot of the fairways. Will defiantly be coming back

I’ve been playing for over a year and a half and shot a 91. Ball lies are great as long as your in bounds. Greens were faster then expecting with it being wet.
Masters Value !
Played here 5 times in the last 6 months ! It’s not exactly close to me but for the money it’s a very good value. Staff has always been friendly, course layout is nice and long. A Saturday or Sunday can be busy but I play during the week and have never been backed up. Try it u will like !
Great Round
Course was in good condition. Greens were a bit sandy around the edges but otherwise very nice. Best bunkers I've played in along time. Fairways are narrow and the doglegs are 90 degrees (lots of 3 woods off the tee). Every time I play here the course gets a little better.

Slow pace. Not worth it
Course is halfway decent but pace of play is terrible and course does not handle water well. Surprisingly muddy and unkept after 2-3 sunny days. Not worth the money.
Fun course but rained heavy day before
Rained heavy day before so standing water. Tee boxes needed love. Greens in good condition - fast.
