Belterra Casino Golf Club

I had been wanting to play Belterra for a while but never had gotten the chance. When I saw it on a hot time for a reasonable price, I jumped on it. I was supposed to be paired up with 2 other players but they never showed so I was by myself, I was hoping to play with someone that had played here before to help me on the layout, but they have GPS and it gives you info and tips when you pull up to each tee box, so that helped. This course is in great shape. Fairways and tees are plush. The greens are really good, just people are definitely not fixing ball marks. I was doing the fix mine and one other, but I ended up fixing mine and several others on most greens. They just redone all their bunkers and they are just about perfect. I ran into a group on hole 8 of two foursomes that was just having fun and they would not let me through, so it got really slow. I could see nobody in front of them on a few holes but nope, I waited on every shot after hole 8. That was the only problem I had, but with this great course I just hit some extra shots and putts and made the best of it. I recommend playing here if you get the chance, great course in great shape. Range balls are included before your round and the practice facilities are as nice as the course. I can't wait to drive up from Lexington again to play it!!

I booked a single slot because I am from out of town. I had my wife with me and they accommodated no issues. I was paired up with a Boyd gaming host that was awesome. The course is in fantastic shape since revamping some bunkers. Even though there are a few holes under construction still, it didn’t interfere with my play whatsoever. Everything is being done very professional. Tee boxes, fairways, rough, bunkers and green… all excellent.

I’ve played here a half dozen times over the past decade and have never had a bad experience! Great course & great staff!

Shout out to Belterra!! Awesome course and a friendly staff that will make your round more enjoyable. My first time playing, but it certainly won't be my last.

No one told us there was 3 greens in the fairway and that the driving range was closed. Very disappointied.

Many of the traps are being reworked and unplayable. Some completed, several are playable and many are not. We were able to manage to get a deal on the green fees or I would have been upset. I really didn’t expect to not be told at least as we checked in for our round.

Some of the bunkers were being worked on and look like they will eventually be fantastic. Played the day after some heavy rain so it was cart path only. Otherwise the course was in great shape with some amazing holes. Really a nice test of golf. Highly recommend.

Course was nice but challenging. The Marshall followed us for 4 holes even though we were under 15 minutes a hole. Had to ask him to back off. After that there were no problems.

Upon arrival, around 9 AM, no one was there at the backdrop. When I checked in, I was informed that three holes would have temporary greens .no starter. All sand traps were hard as a rock and hadn’t been worked. In conclusion, I won’t be back.

Great weather, pace of play was excellant, course was in almost perfect condition and a fantastic value from Golf Now.

Played Sunday morning at Belterra with 3 friends. I’ve played here many times but my friends from out of state had not. They thoroughly loved the course and will play it again. Greens were in great shape as well as the fairways and most of the tee boxes. Only reason I gave it a 4 out of five on conditions was Belterra is in the middle of a bunker renovations and some of the bunkers were unplayable. Very challenging track and the customer service is second to none.

Played this course in early April but it was in excellent condition. They were still working on some of the sand traps. Overall the course was a great design and was in excellent shape. Pace of play was a little slow but not too bad for a resort course.
