About
Nestled among the rolling hills surrounding Uxbridge, which is just 40 minutes from downtown Toronto, Mill Run Golf Club offers 27 holes of championship golf and also an 18-hole, executive course. The championship holes are divided into three distinct nines that are played in three different 18-hole combinations. The Wheel/Grind Course is heavily forested with many elevation changes throughout. The back nine, the Grind, is Mill Run Golf Club's newest layout and it is also the shortest of the three. Although it is shorter in length, towering trees and doglegs incorporated into its layout demand accurate shot-making in order to do well.

Very well-maintained, challenging course
This course was very well-maintained, and the "Wheel" 9 was challenging, but enjoyable to play.
Pace of play was awful
Had to wait to hit every shot. As we pulled around to the back 9 there were FOUR groups waiting on the tee. Absolutely horrible pace of play. The round to almost 6 hours...
This course needs a marshall keeping slow players moving and playing ready golf. A 5 hour is not acceptable
MILL RUN CHAMPIONSHIP
Enjoyed the day. Had heard good things previously so decided to try it out. Solid tier two spot. Back nine tighter than front. Conditions were good not great. Nothing special...Just solid
Good challenging course to play
We played at the Grist and the Wheel, few holes are quite tricky and challenging.
Fun course
The championship course was lots of fun, the course was well maintained and the layout was well designed! I would definitely come back.
GOT RAINED OUT JUST WANT A RAINCHECK
I only played 5 holes and the clubhouse blew the horn and when I went to the pro shop after they said since I payed through Golfnow I need to contact them. I’ve emailed their customer service email and haven’t heard back. Maybe they’ll read these reviews ?
Course routing needs some adjustment
The newest 9 at mill run needs some adjustment. It simply isn’t accommodating to walking the course which I enjoy doing. At least 3 holes have distances between them that are completely unreasonable. It’s like walking 3 extra holes literally. Other than that a fine 27 hole facility with friendly staff and a bunch of players who know how to keep a good pace of play
