About
Nestled among the rolling hills surrounding Uxbridge, which is just 40 minutes from downtown Toronto, Mill Run Golf Club offers 27 holes of championship golf and also an 18-hole, executive course. The championship holes are divided into three distinct nines that are played in three different 18-hole combinations. The Wheel/Grind Course is heavily forested with many elevation changes throughout. The back nine, the Grind, is Mill Run Golf Club's newest layout and it is also the shortest of the three. Although it is shorter in length, towering trees and doglegs incorporated into its layout demand accurate shot-making in order to do well.

Course was in pristine condition, thoroughly enjoyed it. I thought it was easier than its Rating/Slope stated on the score card. The greens putt true and the speed to my liking. The staff are amongst the friendliest I have ever experienced from bag drop, starter, pro shop and dining room staff. I would not hesitate to recommend this course or play it again. Lastly, the course has a number of nice vistas. zits a very calming place to golf.
Grass too short on fairways
Fairways were cut too shirt and a lot of them had been aerated with puncture holes everywhere. Greens and roigh were good on most holes
Mill Run Championship Courses
It was a perfect day for a round, I went solo, and was teamed up with a great couple of course members.
Considering the recent heat wave, the courses are in fantastic shape... tee boxes, fairways and greens are A-1.
The course staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend this to everyone.
Enjoyed Very Much
What I really enjoyed about the course is the layout and different challenges of some of the holes. There was great variety of layout and risk reward shots that made me think twice about going for it or laying up.
Will go back for sure.
Played Grist and Wheel
I always enjoy playing at Mill Run, ourse is in good shape. The holes have Lot of challenge, some uphill and some down.
We played in under four hours on a not very busy day.
This course has three nine hole courses
Course is in good condition. Greens are medium fast. Two of the nine hole courses are very similar. The third nine called The Wheel is by far the most difficult and the best. It is a must play.
Grist Wheel are the best 9's
The original 18 hole Mill Run was fabulous. Grist wheel are essentially 16 of the original 18. The course from the back tee's is fun, fair and challenging. The price for this course on golfnow has competition from Pheasant run, Shawneeki, Cardinal and Lakeridge. This course is the best option, in my opinion. I have played all these courses many times over. This year the fairways are pure and green, rough was dry (been crazy hot). Green's are rolling true and moderate speed- not slow not fast. Play Grist and Wheel at the price offered on golfnow you can't go wrong.
Challenging but very arid
Been to Mill Run many times over the years. Prefer spring and fall. Glad I didn't pay more that the Hot Deal discount for July. Very hot weather and the course showed it. Will go back but dry grass, hard pan everywhere and rock hard greens will push me to be selective about the time of year. Good course for all levels but not at this time of the summer. Kudos if there was a watering ban.
Great early morning round !
My friend and I played early Sunday morning with two local members who were great guys. Quick round, great weather and good meal afterwards. Back home before 1pm !

Really nice course for the price! Nice staff. Cart paths need work!
Interesting and fun course
This is an interesting couse to play, many different holes with changes in level, some open holes and some tight through the trees layouts.
Thé couse was n good condition, greens were very good. It was beginning to show the effects of the dry weather, but the greens were in good shape.
One of My Home Course
Always enjoy playing this course especially Hole no. 1 of Wheel. It shows how much improvement you've got.
Resorts World Catskills Stay & Play Package
The manager of the course is not helpful. He does not care the the customers from golf now.com at all. We will not play this course anymore.
