I'll always remember the greens, they were the best I've ever played (mostly PA courses)...it rained most of my round but it didn't matter, I love this course. Rough is very punishing but thats expected with the lack of trees, will absolutely make it back asap

The greens were back to perfect after damage the year before. Not their fastest, but very difficult to 2 putt from more than 30 feet. A great challenge, prepare to be frustrated if you can't keep it out of the rough.

1st time here, cloudy and rain threat all afternoon, quickly adapted to conditions, we were one a very few souls out there on a foggy/cool rain drizzle afternoon, but it was well worth it. The pro shop said the rain will help your game today, he was spot on, the greens were as smooth and fast as any duffer would want them to be and these greens were slowed by the dampness (thank God). I will go back and play this track again, just for the challenge, very nice layout and the guide markers in center fairway were a godsend, being a links style course it is a 'must have' for new players and I am sure even the experienced veteran. Anyone in the Lancaster area as we were be sure to take the 25 mile trek to play this Gem, well worth the time & travel, staff and course are Top Notch.

Second time back this year, and the greens are almost back to where they were 2 years ago. Another month of sun and rain and they will be the best around. One good thing about Spring golf at RM is that the rough is not grown into the nasty heather that it has been at times in the past. Maybe they are concerned about pace of play. Regardless, it's still a tough course with lots of target golf to be had.

Oh yeah, one of the best practice facilities around.

Best greens in York Co. PA

Was a bit windy but we just pretended it was the British open! Course was in good condition. Greens rolled nice but there were a lot of ball marks. Looking forward to playing again once weather gets consistent.

Played on a windy afternoon for the first time since the greens were back. Putts rolled smooth and true, and overall course conditions were amazing for the third week of March. Place is going to be a bear once the fescue grows in. Glad to see this course back to being one of the best in the area, public or private.

Hands down best public course in central pa. Closed last yr because they lost the greens... New greens are awesome. Lucky to have such a nice course 30 min from home.

Course is in great condition

They might as well close. The greens have been destroyed by some sort of a disastrous chemical application. What a shame, because their greens were the best in the entire region---bar none Feel so bad for them..

this course is quickly becoming the best in all of York county. I'm sad to report the greens are in terrible horrendous condition. An the price does not reflect how poor they were. Burned up an diseased. Almost looks like someone put the wrong chemicals on them. Was even told by a member they are closing the course down because of the problem. Fairways an tee boxes where great. Ruff is thinner now so you can find stray tee shots an approach to the greens shots. Wish I would have been warned about how bad the greens were. Had a friend in from out of town an really bragged the course up to him.

All greens were completely damaged. No grass at all on greens. Only dirt. Course told us the greens were killed by application of chemicals that were recalled. Course will have to completely replace all greens including practice putting green. I like this course and will play again after greens have been replaced.

Great course. Always in good condition. Good value for rates they charge.

Golf course was just two weeks away from being perfect. Coming out of aerification and greens were still coming in. Excellent staff and rough we thick.

I've played here several times and will return. This was the slowest round I've played here at 4 hrs 45 mins. Has always been in great condition. I hope the pace of play was a fluke

I enjoyed my round here. They recently aerated the greens (3 weeks ago) and the holes were still visibly and the greens were a little bumpy but other than that it was good. I'm not a huge fan of links style golf but I would definitely play this course again.

Greens were rough. Still aerated hole everywhere. Good layout on front nine but back is pretty crammed. Both 9 have great finishing holes The course is short from the whites.
