Royal St. Cloud Golf Links - White/Blue Course

On the annual Nov. golfing trip , the boys and I decided to play Royal St.Cloud again. Although it is a little bit of a distance for us to get there from Reunion Fl., it well worth the money and the time. Keep up the great work.

The driving range was closed due to ball retrieving which for me gives a very poor start. You can see signs of very wet conditions on many places. Tees, fairways and greens were in fairly good shape. I find the layout quite challenging. Unfortunately were most of the bunkers not rakened. But, I will come back.

The last time I played St. Cloud it was only 18 holes. I played the Blue and White. As a single, I was paired with a great couple from Bermuda, who played the course a few days prior, so that was a help. It was a pleasure to play the round with them.

It is a link style course with wide fairways though I managed to snap hook too many drives into unplayable positions. No matter I was golfing--2 feet of snow on my home course.

The greens were receptive, good speed, and rolled true. Take your time and read your putt from all sides of the hole. I learned that lesson quite early in the round.

All in all, it was a good day and I would recommend St. Cloud.

Overall the course was in great shape with fast, true greens. Pase of play was good even with a full course. Nothing positive concerning the staff though. Unfriendly check in and course crew didn't care if you were there or not. No mention that the White course bathrooms were closed, information that would have been nice to know.

With all of that we enjoyed playing the White/Blue courses and would play it again.

the course is in good condition, dry and thé Green was good. red is very interesting. white is more ordinary. But good value for money

NOT THAT MANY HOLES HAD FRONT TEE BOXES THAT HAD THE YARDAGE INDICATED ON THE SCORECARD. MOST OF THEM WERE FROM THE SECOND TEE BOXES.. IT WAS HOT AND HUMID AND THERE WERE NO REFRESHMENT CARTS OUT. FIRST TIME PLAYING COURSE SINCE COVID AND IT WAS NOT IN AS GOOD OF CONDITION AS WE REMEMBERED.
