There are three unique nine-hole courses at Royal St. Cloud Golf Links that are played in three different 18-hole combinations. All three nines have the feel of a traditional Scottish links golf course, but each one provides a variety of different challenges. The White/Blue layout is spread across a rolling terrain with true links-style fairways and bunkers. Trees are sparse and there are no homes on or around the golf course. The sod and wood-faced bunkers will make you feel as though you’ve taken a vacation to the British Isles. In addition to the three courses, Royal St. Cloud Golf Links also offers a lighted driving range and a short game area with bunkers.

Bad Greens, Bad Conditions & 5 hour Round

The course layout is pretty good. We played the White and Blue courses. Every green had soooo many brown marks from ball marks likely not repaired right away by players and the greens were dried out, brown and super bumpy. The price is lower than other courses and I feel that brings inexperienced golfers that don’t fix ball marks. We were waiting on every shot but the foursome a head of us were playing a scramble and as we walked off the Par 3 hit into us. Same group that played their music super loud and clearly inebriated. We played with two other guys that played RSC regularly and said the conditions are usually better so maybe we caught at a bad time.

Is it a hazard or not?

Very nice course. Staff was fantastic. If I had to find a flaw it would have to be the waste area looks the same as many of the traps. If there is a local rule regarding the waste area I was not aware. My group just played everything as a Hazzard. Might not have had to. But it is what we decided.

All in all with 27 holes to choose from. I could play it several times on the same trip.

Links course with lots of white sand waste areas

Like this course. But pace was extremely slow. Starters very friendly. Pro shop staff busy talking with each others.

Forgot a jacket in the cart and called the next day to ask for it. Unfriendly guy said immediately without thinking or looking: no not returned in. No hello, please, thanks or whatever. Bad service!

Fun Course

A fun, interesting, challenging course to play.

Wide, generous driving/landing areas. Very nice fairways.

Good bunkers. Lots of sand in some areas.

Very fast greens that were in good shape.

Nice practice areas.

Restrooms and watering stations around the course.

A highly enjoyable course. Played the white and blue courses.

Red & White delight

Pace of play - good with a little waiting but our foursome finished in four hours. You can't complain about that.

Staff - Inside oh hum. Starter that day was great and informative about the course. It is a get you cart and load your own clubs course.

Value for the money - yes it was worth the money.

Course layout - Played this round from the Gold tees. It was an enjoyable challenge.

The restaurant serves excellent lunch type food that we enjoyed for dinner.

Course conditions - excellent.

St Cloud

Played this course quit a few times over the years. Great place with 3 9’s Always great on the red course with awesome greens. Blue course is a great layout but greens were a little rough today. Awesome amenities for a public course. Firepit at the end of the round with a bev and a stogie is a great little touch. If you are in Orlando and want value and a nice track, this place is definitely recommended.

Enjoyable course to play

Definitely recommend this to anyone. Played red/white, red being the hardest of the three I was told by the members I played with, but was still really playable. Pace of play was about 4.5 hours. Greens were soft, receptive, relatively quick and smooth.

White 9 was very easy. I’m a +3 hdcp and paid roughly $70 and would definitely say it was worth it. Was told out of any courses for that price within an hour drive, it’s the best place to play, and I’d agree so far from what I’ve played.

Bunkers were also really nice. Will go back hopefully this trip.

Canuck Tour

Met some nice Fella from the area, enjoyed the day.

What more could you ask for

When you in a nice area playing golf compared to freezing back home and having to shovel snow
