About
The player-friendly Blackstone Golf Course boasts a reputation of being an excellent course for families. The gently undulating landscape is approachable to beginners while still providing a fair amount of challenge. The rolling terrain requires accuracy but most holes allow for short irons if you're willing to risk hitting your ball into the treetops. There is a stream that meanders through the golf course, coming into play on a number of holes. It also crosses through Blackstone's driving range. Strategically placed bunkers are also scattered throughout. The greens are in excellent condition, providing great putting surfaces. Blackstone Golf Course has garnered a local following because of its playability, which is helped by three sets of tees, and extremely reasonable rates. It's an excellent location for a casual round.

Great golf
The overall golf experience was great.. nice fairways and receptive greens the hazard areas added to the challenge of this course .
Rough conditions
I love the challenging layout of this course but the conditions are pretty bad. Most of the greens are ok but the fairways and tee boxes need some work.
Pretty good
Greens had some bad spots. But otherwise it's an above average course. Better keep your drives in the fairway.
Disappointed
The course is in rough condition. Some of the greens were in pretty bad shape. A few holes had issues with the fairways, washed out and very dry. The tee boxes were rough as well.
July Golf
Enjoy playing here especially for the GN deals. Will continue playing. However course continues to degrade some each time I play here. Most greens have issues of sand/dirt patches along with some really good areas of the greens. Yet, greens continue to go downhill. Tee boxes have little grass. Areas of fairways go from great to poor condition. Overall you can have a decent round here as long as you understand there’s still plenty of undesirable areas of tee boxes, fairways and greens.
Great value.
The front nine is in poor shape due to weeds and hard pan. I suspect this is the old 9. I was highly impressed with the terrain on the back 9. The back 9 made it worth the trip.
Loved this course layout.
I really enjoyed playing this course. The greens were in great condition. The fairways could use some work but think this is due to the slope of the course. It is in excellent condition for the price we paid. I will be back again.

One of the best course around the area, and you don't have to pay ridiculous green fee. Fun and challenging course layout with many elevation changes. A must play!!!
Hidden gem
Course layout and views were 5 star. Course conditions weren't the best. But for the money it was an amazing course.
Decent layout but in very bad shape
Read online that fairways were bad but greens were good. Fairways were really bad and mostly sand dirt and some bermuda. Greens were not great and cups had major dents and a lot of bare spots. Layout was good as were the carts and GPS but this course needs a lot of TLC. Staff was nice but grill was closed. Course was fairly narrow and tree lined.

Very affordable and not very difficult course. I play it every time I am in the area.
Good price, Good people, Good Course
Yes, fairways are rough in spots. Greens roll true and fast. They are catching up from a rough winter with little to no staff, but it is coming around second time here and will always come back!!
That Time of year
This course is always fun to play! It is a beautiful layout and you definitely have to pick where you were going to hit the ball. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because currently the fairways are in very rough shape.
GMD golf
Fairways were a little beat up on the fringes but if drove near the middle they were great. Interesting holes and good greens. Great value.
