About
The player-friendly Blackstone Golf Course boasts a reputation of being an excellent course for families. The gently undulating landscape is approachable to beginners while still providing a fair amount of challenge. The rolling terrain requires accuracy but most holes allow for short irons if you're willing to risk hitting your ball into the treetops. There is a stream that meanders through the golf course, coming into play on a number of holes. It also crosses through Blackstone's driving range. Strategically placed bunkers are also scattered throughout. The greens are in excellent condition, providing great putting surfaces. Blackstone Golf Course has garnered a local following because of its playability, which is helped by three sets of tees, and extremely reasonable rates. It's an excellent location for a casual round.

Always like playing at Blackstone a challenging course with quick greens. Elevation changes and forced carries are very challenging , course knowledge really helps.
Great course and great value
While in the area for a month, we found Blackstone to be the perfect course for us. Friendly staff and carts in good condition, the course was fun and challenging with slopes and dogleg holes. For January, the course was in good condition including sand traps. We’ll definitely be back to play again
Played many times over the past few years
Mostly enjoyed playing this course. Greens are OK not immaculate . Fairways have suffered a little the last two year, a few more weeds but I would not call it a cow pasture. This is not a push over course. It requires some shot making skills and will test several parts of your game. Some fairways are tight but they keep the things pretty clean so you can find your ball in the woods. I play an upscale country club so am used to perfect greens and very good fairways. On a scale of 1-5 I would give this a 3 but given The price it inches up towards a 3+. Limited menu but love the cheeseburgers. Normally not very crowded.
Surprise, mountain style course in F L???
Nice course reminded me of courses designed in mountainous areas of NJ where I’m from. Really enjoyed playing a surprising hilly course in FL although because of weather conditions was not able to play all 18.
Well worth the drive
Course was in excellent shape for this time of year. Course has some great challenging holes due to water/shrub locations.
