Blackstone Golf Course

I always enjoy playing here. The course does have some rough spots and needs some work. The green are not as fast as I remember them being but overall pretty good.

Great value. No water! Hidden ravines. An enjoyable round of golf.

Noticed this course had a 4 star rating before booking a tee time. Greens were ok ( somewhat slow) but the tees and fairways were not what was expected from a 4 star.

Factor in the drive time required to get there ( 45 minutes) and I would not be likely to play this course in the future. It was not a 4 star.

The course is great. A tee box or two could use some love along with a couple fairways buts that’s being greedy. In my opinion, it’s worth the price and the drive from Destin if you want to play something different.

This course suffered the loss of its fairways not long ago. Happy to report they are back in play. Greens are in good shape too (only the 18th was iffy). Good value for the money.

Many ditches with trees you had to hit over. Greens are the best I’ve seen in a long time. Fairways need lots of work.

I was part of a group of 4 that played yesterday. We are members at FWB, but decided to try something new. The greens on all 18 holes were flawless, absolutely beautiful. The fairways on the front 9 were definately in much better shape than the back 9. Huge holes and craters lined the approach to many of the back 9. We appreciated the awesome surroundings and changes in elevation, which made the course so much more challenging. I would like to go back, but the rest of my foursome said due to the poor fairway conditions on many of the holes, it's not worth the $50 we paid.

We normally play the courses in Destin but wanted to venture out and not have to pay the high prices Destin. We drove an hour to get there and got signed in and the staff was friendly. I would suggest getting your drinks before you leave the club house if you want a beverage, there is water on the course coolers. The tee box was good and the greens were good but the the fairways were a lil lacking for my taste but may be good for you. I would say all in all we would go back and play again.

I have played this course a handful of times and it’s one of my favorites in this area. Very similar to a georgia course with hills and ravines. Currently some problems in the fairways, but their greens are immaculate and this course is very much worth cost. Very quick Service is very friendly with an ice bar and eating area

I play this course several times a year. I love the layout. There are several holes with bad washouts in the fairway but I understand that they are about to address these soon. The greens are fabulous right now. They roll true with a little bit of grain effect. Always a fun course but the pace and f it lay makes it especially enjoyable. It is hardly ever crowded and you can play at your own pace.

Course is decent, fairways are in rough shape. Greens are nice and they are slow with no run. There is absolutely no rough on any whole. If you miss the fairway you have to search in the trees and brush to find it. Overall its an ok course. Would pay more to play a better course next time.
