Bridlewood Golf Club
About
Designed by D.A. Weibring, Bridlewood Golf Course features a spectacular combination of links-style and traditional features as it snakes its way through the flat farmlands and terrain that seem to be specifically created for golf.
The front nine isn’t as rugged as the back, and its first few holes feel more residential than the rest of the course. Two holes stand out. No. 8 is all carry over water at 195 yards, followed by the monster -- a par 4 that demands one heck of a tee shot to avoid the water left and out-of-bounds right in finding the skinny fairway. Next comes a long, long approach that will have you begging for a bogey.

Bridlewood
Course was in good condition. Played through rain, thunder and lightning. Even after severe rain, the course was in good shape. It's so humid in the area, it was not as wet as I expected it to be. Very challenging. Good course.
Don't Hesitate to play this GEM!
Bridlewood offers a great course with several sets of tee's to provide a solid challenge to every level of golfer. The greens are some of the BEST in the area, although they have been recently punched so I'd give them a couple more weeks to really be rolling true. Pace of play on this particular day was a bit rough only due to the fact we played as a twosome and were sandwiched in between foursomes with nowhere to go. I would give them an A overall and would recommend you play BRIDLEWOOD
Birthday outing
The overall experience was excellent. Friendly staff, friendly people on the course. Excellent facilities including a beautiful course.
poorly managed pace of play
A single golfer gets the shaft. The twosome you were to play with shows up with four unscheduled players resulting in me being put on hold and having to wait. The starter in absent causing further delay. Then the pace of play is unusually s l o w. After the twosome I was paired with gave up on #12, I played two more holes and finally had my fill. On the way to the club house, I discovered source of the delay, a group of 12 teenage golfers and several adults on hole 14, most of them waiting and watching. I started at around 3:45p, I passed this group at around 7:40p. If this is not a rare mistake, I do not recommend this course.
Nice day
Nice course and solid value . Starter got us off earlier even with golf now deal.
Good playing course
If you haven't played Bridlewood try it you'll like it!
Great golf
It rained extremely hard the day before play and we played at 8:30am. The course was dry except for some flooded sand traps, the fairways were great. The only thing I didn't like is that the greens were just sanded, but even that wasn't too bad.
Beautiful
Just had some rain so the course was a bit more difficult but overall one of the most beautiful courses I have played. Plenty of options on how to play certain holes and an all around fun course. I cannot wait to play it again. Very well maintained compared to the courses I have to play in OKC.
What a nice course....
This course is awesome. it was my first time to play here. Unfortunately, it was raining after 9 holes. I will go back to play again.
beautiful course
one of the most well manicured courses in the metroplex. that makes it worth the money
Better than average track
Well maintained track, but very slow for a Friday round and staff wasn't overly helpful, available, or friendly. Many tee time does come with box of ProV1s!
Great layout, horrible conditions for April golf
Beautiful layout, but the fairways and greens were like concrete. I hit multiple wedge shots both into and down wind that landed on the front third of the greens only to watch the ball bounce 4ft in the air and roll off the back if the green. If you looking to pad your driving stats this is the course for you, just hit it In the fairway and it will roll an extra 50 yards. I could understand the concrete like conditions if we were talking about July-September,but this is April, courses should be in prime shape. We played at the twilight rate and I still feel like I over payed. Do yourself a favor and pass on this course until the conditions improve, to many other courses in the area that are in great shape for half the price of this one.
a nice afternoon
they keep the course in great shape for a public course. its an upper end public course. on the bad side, they charged for range balls (they used to not), and went up a dollar on their beer prices to 4.50 which is ridiculous.
Beautiful course
Really great to play a course this nice, wish I could do this every week, thank you GOLF NOW player rewards!@!!
Bridlewood Respit
I played the course with my son-in-law and we were paired with two other men who were of similar abilities, and they were both very nice. Had a great time. Pace of play was pretty good. Gold carts were not functioning well, but the staff traded out the cart we were in and the cart our playing parte=ners were in! On the 14th hole we were asked to turn in our carts as soon as we were through because they were running short of working carts. The fairways and greens were both firm, making for some very long drives, and some of the more difficult greens I have played on approach shots. They were fast and true once you got the ball to stay on them which I liked. Overall a great experience, and we had a perfect weather day which also helped. The area has been very dry and it showed in the rough, but the fairways and greens were in great shape. I'd love to play it again sometime.
Management
I recently played this course, it was a very busy day! We tee off on time thanks to the starter, he was doing a wonderful job, but when we arrive to the third hole, it was a foursome hitting to the green and a fivesome behind them. That's when everything started, a fivesome in a busy day, I never spected that one. They had a radio with very loud music and this guys hit a few balls each in a more than three or four occasion. I played 9 holes in 3 hours before a quit. no Marshall on the course to oversee the pace of play or make sure rules are being follow. For me it was just a very bad experience. Thank you.
Nice course
Course was good, greens were hard and fast. Didn't see a cart girl until 7th hole and only seen her one more time on 15. Every thing else was pretty nice.
course is in good shape.
Nice course. The weather wasn't very good the day we played. The greens and fairways were in good shape considering the winter we had around here.
I will go back in the simmer or fall to play this course again.
Greens make it tougher than it should be
If you can figure out how to chip and putt on greens as hard as a pool table, then you'll probably score better than I did. My whole group struggled mightily with the hard and fast greens.
easy course
nice course and facilities. The greens were hard and hard to stop a ball.it had just rained the day before and the sand traps were very difficult to play out of and not groomed.overall a very nice golf course but probably not worth what they're asking to play on it. Robson ranch and the golf club at the resort are similar the Facilities and much more reasonable.
