The Golf Club At Fossil Creek

Conditions of the course were great. Fun track to play. I will definitely return.
Pace was play was a little slow.

This course requires you to hit many different types of tee shots. Course was in great shape. Pace of play was good on the front nine then got really backed up as soon as we reached the back, most of the time we got to the tee box as one group teed off and then had to wait for the group in front of us. Besides that this was a perfect place to play

This may be the finest course in these parts. Great fairways greens roll true and breathtaking barely describes several of the holes on this course. If u don't play this course soon your not a golfer.

Enjoy playing here very much. Some very challenging holes but with good shot placement a good score can be had

Great course, beautiful fairways and a good amount of difficulty. The greens were recently sanded when I played so they were rock hard and really fast. Only downside was the fact that there was no Marshall and there were some really slow groups in the course that probably cost us at least three holes before the sun went down. A lot of older gentleman fishing for balls all over the course. I was also surprised by how many people were just wandering around the cart paths from the surrounding neighborhoods. Just take an extra look before you hit the ball in this course.

Great condition today should not have been cart parth only. It would have been nice had they told us before we took off to the middle of #1 and out cart died and we had to back all the way out. Neither the guy in club house told us or the starter.

Fossil was in outstanding shape, green and well kept.

Greens were slow and needed some work.

Varied and interesting. Nice forced carries over rock outcroppings and streams. For a Texas course, there are even some subtle elevation changes as well. The course was in excellent condition considering the spring conditions. The greens, tee boxes and greens were in very good shape. Will be back for sure. Pace of play was ok, maybe a little slow. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The beverage cart was around more than enough times. All in all, a very enjoyable round.

I have not played here for a while. Impressed but should continue to get better. I will be back.

After days of snow, sleet and rain...it was nice to get out and play. Course was in great shape considering all the elements we have dealt with recently. Had a great time!

The staff was great. It had been awhile since I had played FC and was glad I came back. The fairways were dormant and there were a couple of wet areas but the greens and tee boxes were in very good shape. Not crowded so pace of play was very good.

Great course. Was not busy pace was great. Very challenging. Love to play this course.

Foosil Creek is a good course overall. Played several rounds there and a fun golf course. Course has always been in good condition for the most part. I would recommend it.

Excellent condition for this time of year. Really enjoyed the bunkers sand was soft and very playable.

For the price it was worth the trip. Challenging and course was in good condition.

Booked a tee time for 8:45 but got pushed back to 9:30 due to a frost delay...when the temperature never dropped below 40* overnight...?? Interesting to say the least...that aside, was able to tee off 45 minutes later than expected and was paired up with 2 other players. Pace was excellent all day since only a twosome teed off before my group. Course was in great shape, greens rolled well but had some chewed up spots -- perhaps from the twosome in front of us, but could also have been from the prior day's play... Beverage cart was seen 3-4 times, a huge plus considering it was a non-holiday Monday and the snack bar between 5 and 6 was open too, so kudos for having this up and running in the morning! Course is quickly becoming one of my favs due to the value and consistent conditions.
