The Club at Frisco Farms

They aerated the greens on Monday - no disclaimer on GolfNow; no discounted greens fees. Honestly would have played elsewhere had we known. Showed up for a 7:15 tee time at 6:45 and waited with about 14 other guys until 7 when they finally got us checked in.

The course was nice, I think the aerated greens just put a bad taste in our mouth from the beginning, especially since they looked like they were in stellar shape before they were punched. The starter was friendly and listened to our complaints about no warning of the punched greens, and apologized even knowing the guy in the pro shop threw him under the bus. The cart lady was also nice and came around often. Very fast pace of play.

They were gracious enough to tell us the course had been aerated a couple days before, but we decided to go ahead and play. The greens were, as you can imagine not normal because of the amount of sand, but I understand from time to time, this must be done to continue to have a great green, so I'm not going to complain about that. My only complaint, and it's probably just because of the lack of players out there, but it was sweltering hot and there was no on course cart service. However, the lady at the clubhouse was very pleasant.

I think this course was one of the most challenging courses I have played while out of town. Great greens and great staff.

I had not played this course for many years and now I remember why. Built around a housing development this course feels claustrophobic. Lots of quirky holes with blind shots, few yardage markers and no gps.

Greens are firm and bunkers are fine but rest of course is rough around the edges. If you must play try to get a hot deal and do not pay full price.

Very nice layout , great pace of play , my friends and I like to play fast . We did today . One we will be playing again soon .

More than just a few holes to notice the risk reward shat. Playing safe golf is key to making par or better here. A very fun course with water situated for shot shaping feel players along with bailout areas for the straight shooter.

Really like this course! Rough is smoother than some other courses fairways. They do need a little work on a couple of the cart paths though..

Counter kid showed up to work extremely late. Did not open the shop in time forums to purchase range balls, “I’m a member of clubs ownership group” and literally answered the phone 3, yes 3 times before he even spoke to one of in line to check in.. my tee time was 7:00 am, and he arrived at work at 6:40 am, and again didn’t speak until about 6:52. He then proceeded to tell me that “GolfNow” made a mistake and our tee time was not valid.. I was like , well, what are our options since you do business with GolfNow and we arrived early, ready to play? His answer was, sorry.. maybe can get you on at 11:40!?? UM,, NO. Guess we got lucky, as a older gentleman spoke up and said “they can play with us”,: counter kids response.. “whatever, you got a card or something to pay with?!” Can’t make it up. Terrible service. Decent condition, short course. Terrible counter guy.

With recent weather conditions the course wash in good shape and is an interesting chsllenge

If you’re used to public courses and the way they’re treated this course is still just okay. The greens have ridiculous amounts of sand and doesn’t allow you to control any spin on anything. Speed is inconsistent and fairways are too hard to get consistent play. Will say though I really loved the layout of the holes, just could use a lot of work.

A bit muddy but no cart path only so played 18 on a Sunday afternoon in under 3 1/2 hours. Greens were a bit shaggy and some weeds so putting was a challenge. Overall good value.

Greens in good condition. Bunkers were fair fir an average duffer. Fairways had more roll than you would have expected. The down side was that several of the tee boxes were a bit chewed up. Hot dog was great!
