Aerated greens
Course was nice besides the greens and the amenities were terrible
Long walk
Unfortunately my brother in law and myself played this course when it was cart path only. We’re both in our 70’s with physical problems so needless to say, we were whooped when we finished. I’m sure we would have enjoyed it a lot more if we could have driven to where we hit our balls. Also has a lot of doglegs and for the short hitters some forced carry off the tee. I would play it again as long as it’s not cart path only.
Beware 4 holes closed for winter, but great track and condition
I checked in to learn that 4 holes are closed down for the winter. I was advised that Golfnow app provides this detail, bit it is nowhere on app when you select course. The Pro staff were very friendly and helpful, but think GolfNow provides the closing details. Anyway , they recommend to play 4 holes of your choice a second time - very professional staff.

4 holes are closed for the season that is not mentioned on Golfnow which is disappointing.
Great course
The course is in great condition. It will challenge everyone regardless of your handicap. Staff is super friendly. Will definitely play it again.

Great Course
Applecross being a private club, it is really nice to see that they throw a few tee times out there to grab on golfnow. For $80 bucks it was a good deal. The people who work at the club are very friendly and helpful. The course itself was in great shape and provides a good test. If I see it available again, would definitely be back.

Spotless condition especially for the end if the year. Wonderful layout and staff was friendly and welcoming. Wonderful facilities. Get there early and enjoy the range!
Great course
This is a fantastic course. I usually am wary of courses that are running through neighborhoods, but this one is an exception. A lot of strategic play is needed for success. Some very tough holes, and the course is generally tight. Green complexes are tricky and conditions are firm. I didn’t play well, but loved the course still. Conditions overall we’re perfect. If I lived closer I would definitely look into membership.
