Five-Hour Round at Oak Creek
Bermudagrass was generally in good shape, but its softness restricts roll. Our threesome took 5 hours to play with another threesome in front of us. Several holes were cart path only because of spraying chemicals, most notably the 18th, which is very steep. Pro shop had posted a sign about no beverage cart available, but they still had no water in the coolers on course on a hot day.
Oak Creek is in excellent shape!
Course conditions were excellent. Fairways, greens superb. A couple of tee boxes were moved due to repair, shortened a couple of holes, but otherwise fine. Only issue was a very slow group ahead which slowed down everybody. Wish the course Marshall’s were able to move things along. But still loved the course, and will get back there again asap.
Great experience all around
Staff was friendly and efficient, course is in excellent shape and play was paced perfectly.
My favorite, local course.
I've played here 3 times and enjoyed it each time. It's not overly difficult which is good for a high-handicapper like myself. I manage to get a few pars and an occasional birdie which keeps me motivated.
Nice course, friendly staff, and well-kept fairways and greens. Note: the fringe areas are thick so plan on bringing extra balls b/c you will surely lose a few.
Well Worth It!
Always a great experience at Oak Creek. Staff are superb, course is in great shape and greens will be even better once aeration process is complete.
Pace of play horrendous
Course was in good shape but pace of play was terrible, 3.5 hours for 11 holes…we ended up just leaving after 11th hole. The staff was reasonable and refunded us half the money.

Only the front 9 was available to play. If advised of this fact I would have played another course.

A great day. They should have a military discount since the rates are high.
The restaurant was closed for an event which is bad for golfers who plan to play and eat. The course is in great shape. Shot a personal best!
Great course
Oak creek stands out in condition, greens and staff.
Nice having the cart back with a friendly staff. Price is still a little high.
It would have been nice to have the restaurant open. There was a private event so we couldn’t get lunch as planned.

The greens were slow, and the cart girl didn’t come around at all on the back nine, and only saw her once the whole day.
