Excellent Golf Course
I play at Prairie Lakes at least 5 times a week. It is well kept and the PGA Pro, Bert Walker, manages a friendly and helpful staff. The fairways and greens are in excellent condition. Prairie Lakes provides a great round of golf at a moderate price. All 27 holes are fun to play. There are lots of water hazards but no sand traps.

The only thing missing is water cans on the course, the beverage cart takes to long with 27 holes and a packed course.

Course Condition is so good for being in the summer months
I have been playing this course on and off for the past 4 months. And right now it is so pure. Green are nice, fairways are cut, rough is thick and defined. Top 3 courses in the area

Friendly staff
This course is in great shape…considering its heating up. Still a few bumps on greens from aeration but puttable. Fairways are tight and fast. Course is a lot of fun.
Staff is awesome. Great bunch of people who care about their place.
BBQ sandwich and potato salad for the win!!

Super fun layout, and fast afternoon rounds
You can’t beat a 2 hour 18 hole round. The greens left some to be desired, but the layout and views are great. I would do it again! Just make sure you cart has enough gas if you go in the afternoon as they forget to add gas.

Prairie lakes
I hadn’t played the course in a while. It was a fun time. The fairways were good. The greens were a little rough due to sanding etc, but we’re playable. I definitely recommend the course to everyone no matter you your talent level.

Not a fun day.
Walked in to check in and the guys at the pro shop were having a very misogynistic/creepy conversation about the "little young blonde THING with a tiny skirt" from their recent tournament. Even went as far to say that their "is no point in having tournaments if you don't have some short skirts to look at." Just really really gross stuff. They didn't care that I heard it or stop talking about it when I was right in front of them. Not all men like to objectify women and these guys just assumed I wouldn't care.
As for the course, it played very slow which I'm usually okay with. However, the other group behind me nearly beamed me in the head and got defensive/aggressive when I asked them to wait for me to get off the green before they hit into me.
Lots of bald spots and concrete greens if you're into that though.
Never going to come back.

Every time I come, I feel that there are players who have no concept riding a cart into a par 3 hole. Basically, you can't enter a par 3 hole anywhere in the country by cart, so how can you do that? And even though screaming loudly and playing music is a very selfish act, shouldn't you do it like you just have to enjoy yourself without caring about the people around you?
