About
Grand Oaks Golf Club enjoys a peaceful, tranquil setting among century-old oak trees and an abundance of wildlife. The course is as challenging as it is scenic with tree-lined fairways and small greens that will test your accuracy. It may have a traditional design but there is still some bite to this round. There are several strategically placed bunkers that lurk greenside to challenge you even further. Two meandering creeks weave along the golf course as well, coming into play on a few holes. The layout has a nice mix of holes from reachable par 5s to tough par 3s. Grand Oaks Golf Club is a fair test that is player friendly enough to appeal to players of all skill levels. There are some birdie opportunities available if you play it smart and it's forgiving enough for high handicappers to approach with confidence.

Horrible Greens
For the price expectations are low for pristine greens but holy cow. It’s April. We gotta do better guys. I know they’ll grow in at some point but I think this course needs to do better on that so you can actually truly play the course. Such a fun layout. Friendly staff. Cart attendant is great. Fairways are fine. Bunkers are non existent but nobody expects much at a value course. Greens though… give us something to work with please!
Nice Layout
Loved this course. Still fairly new to the game but the course was great. Greens could be much better but I had my lowest score here so I loved it overall. Will definitely be back when visiting Fort Worth.
Course has a great layout
Love the challenge this course gives. The layout and length make for some tricky situations and fun ways to play.
Great time course was in good shape
Great shape for the price. Just watch out for the creek weaving through it!
The greens are pretty bad
From what it felt like on the greens, they were infected with weeds. Maybe some other type of grass was really overgrowing in certain areas very bumpy some putts would legitimately get an inch off the ground with the how bumpy they were the pin placement for a Saturday was crazy. Some of them were 3 to 4 feet from the fringe … the bunkers are nonexistent. They’re basically dirt or grass. i’ve played here multiple times and I would say it’s probably the worst condition that I’ve ever played on it.
Good enough course
Only complaint would be the greens but I’ve played on worse and it really wasn’t all that expensive with the hot deal. Would probably play here again if I was in the area and it was convenient.
Green need to heal
The course is challenging as usual. The tee boxes need work and the green are fighting to stay alive

Course is in great shape and the pace of play was excellent, we played a foursome

Good course at GP
The course layout is great for both beginners and experienced players. The trees, creeks, and ponds create a fun challenge without making recovery too difficult. If you suffer from allergies, I suggest taking an extra dose—despite the beautiful scenery, allergens are definitely in the air. I will definitely make a trip back in the future.
