This course is in great shape and the staff is awesome unlike some other courses in the DMV area

Whiskey Creek is hands-down one of the top public courses in the DC area. That said I do find it a bit overpriced, but it is a reliable and enjoyable time. For a great course, it is not terribly challenging and a decent option for newer and intermediate players, too.

The friendliest staff I have ever experienced on any other course before. The conditions were amazing and the layout is great. It is a challenging course but not too hard. Clubhouse is top notch as well. Looking forward to playing again next time I visit Maryland

Greens were aerated with the DryJect system about 8 -10 days ago and are in very good shape, rolling great and with speed. Fairways are excellent. Rough, especially around the greens, is uniform and lush. Tee boxes and bunkers are very good and well kept. And the views are spectacular. Staff service, from the starter, to the marshals, to the clubhouse staff is excellent and friendly. All in all, a very well run course.

Hadn't played Whiskey Creek in at least 15 years. Greens had been aerated probably a week ago so they were a little slow. Everything else was immaculate! Would give it 5 stars except for the greens - but aeration happens this time of year. Highly recommend to everyone. Can't wait to make a return trip. Just so many courses to play withing an hours drive from Leesburg.

Cart staff 10/10 met me at the car helped out my bag on the cart and gave me a basic run down of the course and club house

Staff in the club house 4/10 was not welcomed when I walked in. I asked a question about the rates and was told I was wrong. I’m not sure how a question is wrong , but there is some obvious room for improvement.

Starter 10/10 Jim was great was joking and made up for the previous encounter.

Beverage Cart 10/10 big smile tons of energy and polite when around the green and tee box

Marshals 7/10 twice I was talked to about fixing divots twice I told the guy it’s cart path only and I am not carrying a bottle to my ball and I alway replace my divots if they can be found. I always repair my marks on the course.

Course 7/10 I’ve payed less and received more. It’s a straight course nice scenery, but that’s about it.

Beautiful course in pristine condition. Outstanding views. Course starts out so easy then gets tougher every hole. Big time risk reward layout. Tee boxes, fairways and greens in excellent condition. Requires course management, you'll use every club in your bag. Play appropriate tees and a very fair course. Very friendly and considerate staff, delicious cheeseburger at the turn. A real FIRST CLASS course.

Played Whiskey Creek for the 4-5th time. It is expensive but otherwise it's everything you would want and expect from a 5 star public non-resort course. A real gem!

The course is in fabulous shape. Kudo's to the superintendent and ground staff. Only criticism is some bunkers has to much sand. Otherwise one of the best courses in the DMV. A must play!

Whiskey Creek is one of the best golf courses in Maryland. Beautiful course. The course was in excellent condition. The only thing I can find wrong with the course is the sand traps. I think there is too much sand in the traps. We had balls that buried in the sand. Everything else was fantastic.

Love this course. Beautiful setting and tremendous layout. Just the right amount of challenging and forgiveness. Highly recommend.

This course is one of the Mid-Atlantic’s finest — excellent condition — challenging, but fair layout. Not a lot of flat lies — tests your ability — highly recommended! Pause a minute to take in the view from the 5th tee.

I was lucky enough to “walk” the course with Ernie Els, (a consultant), when the course opened — one of the highlights of my golfing life — he IS as cool as he appears...

Course in beautiful condition, visually stunning panoramas, interesting layout. Everyone can play this course from the appropriate tees. Significant elevation changes. Greens among the fastest I've played. Truly a treat playing this course. Dinner would have been a great way to top off the round except for Covid19. Staff very friendly.
