This course is a good course
I use to play this course a lot when I was younger the greens could be taken care of a little bit better. They were really sandy and not smooth but still love the course and would always play there again. The only other down side today was the fact there were tons of people there and with only two courses open it took forever to play.

Lots of regulars and beginners causing rounds to be 4.5-5 hours. Need Marshall to push pace of play. With recent rains course is green and in good conditions besides the greens being punched and sanded.

Great course
Always love the course but they just aerated the greens so it was a little more difficult.

Outstanding layout, beautiful golf course. The course has 27 holes, three 9s. Red white and blue. I played the blue and red. The golf course is in exceptional shape. Greens plush and roll true. Will definitely be back here. I would give it 5 stars, but the pace was suspect, at best.

Good times!
We always enjoy playing this course. Staff is friendly. They have 3- 9 holes, red, white and blue. When I said I preferred white and blue, the starter accommodated us. Pace of play was super slow, I think it was old mans league day. I say that lovingly, I have a penchant for older people and am glad they are out there enjoying themselves. And they did move along very well, looked like they play best ball. Just a lot of 4somes in front of us. Always enjoy a sandwich from the attached Eddlemons bar-b-que!

Windy adds to difficulty
Played the white and blue 9’s. No bunkers on the course but a lot of water. 10+ mph winds with gusts up to 20 made it especially challenging. 200 yard par 3s with 180 yard carries from the blues. Misses will cost you. The course was pretty beat up and the greens were very bumpy. Got a great deal on Golfnow so the value is definitely worth the drive from Dallas. Would play agin if I come to town.

Good day considering...
They received 2+ inches of rain overnight. Forced closing the red course so we played white and blue. Cart path only because of rain, but at least we were able to play. Pace was a little slower than normal since they could not use 9 of the 27 holes.
Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site sure smelled good and will try in the future.
Excellent practice facility. Look forward to returning when Mother Nature has not made things so wet. Only complaint is they might need to work on drainage to get water to run off course better.
