The course is not well managed. Fairs are not taken care of. For the price is very disappointing
a Goat track
The Fairways were beat up with a bunch of golfer holes, we had to play winter rules just so we could have a fair lie in the middle of the fairway.

They don't even care on fairway and putting green.
They better shut their course.

Quick golf round
Not bad for public course,
i was extremely happy to play under 4h ( usually impossible to do so on public courses)
Greens were rolling good/true.
They do have some dirt spots on the course but landing areas had grass.
Big range, was able to hit warm up bucket prior tee off.
Bartender at the cafe, Christina ( i believe her name was, long dark hair), made a great bloody mary! Burger was good as well.

Course condttion
Lots of gopher holes not covered very dangerous greens bad had crabgrass not well maintained lack of crew
The course is a wreck!!!!!
I've been playing Whittier Narrrows at least once a year forever..i have never ever seen the course in such SHABBY!!!!! condition..shame shame on the people
running the course..it is beyond a comeback
It would cost more money to fix the problems than the course is probably worth..unbelivevable!!!
Needless to say would not recommend this course
Really upset.. this is my home course that i grew up playing..its gone..just a junk yard now..
Poor conditions
I’m an avid golfer in the LA and Orange County area. Whittier Narrows has been a long time question mark for me. After playing here for the first time I can honestly say it failed to meet my expectations. The course was in pretty rough condition. Dried out fairways, patches of dirt throughout the course, rough/sandy greens, tee boxes weren’t maintained. All around the course was subpar to say the least. The only thing saving this course is the potential if and when it’s properly maintained.
Don’t do it
Save your money. Go else where. You can’t tell the difference between the fairway and the rough.
A big Disappointment
Tee boxes were a disaster. Fairways reminded me of a battle field. Greens were decent after the round was completed my body felt beat up from driving the golf cart the entire course is very bumpy, i got tossed around a bit.
