Greens were in good condition but obviously the rest of the course was dry & dusty. Sadly the tee boxes have not been watered and are bare. Course is quite challenging with quite a few tight dog legs, which in these conditions means running off the fairways is easily done. Some of the fairways slope left to right and are almost impossible to stay on even with a straight shot. This course is much undulating than it first appears and can is tough going in the hot weather.. it's a nicer place to play when the fairways are green but overall a nice course.

First time playing here and it thought it was wonderful. The course is hard enough to make you think before pulling out driver every time. Course management is key. I played terribly for 16 holes but not because of the layout, I just had a bad day. I joined 2 other first timers on the first twilight spot on a Sunday afternoon, and all 3 of us had fun with awful scores. :)

Played a few times. Afternoons are always quite and easy to book on to either by calling or the app.

Great value for money

A friendly welcome from’J’ started the day on a big positive note. The course was in great condition and we had a great round even the weather was very‘challenging

This was a nice course but very dry and sandy. Greens were a bit potted due to lack of of care by players not repairing pitch marks. This course has bags of potential. Some lovely holes near the water but none of them actually go over the water. Some quirky holes and some little tough holes with loads of bunkers guarding the hole. The staff were very nice and I would like to play this again some time.

Easy to book, good space between tee times, bit bumpy but it has been very hot. Enjoyed three round and will definitely book again.

Give the low price and lots of tee times available, I didn’t expect much. However, I couldn’t have been more impressed. A beautiful course in rolling countryside. Some really interesting and challenging holes. The other negative was the greens were quite slow and unpredictable, but they were receptive so that was a positive.Lovely friendly staff, nice food, and while the clubhouse isn’t luxurious, it does what you need it to. I’ve paid much more for worse courses. I willl definitely return

Played this Course as a 2 Ball.

The Starter was a great fella and even helped my friend look for his sliced tee shot!

We were early to the tee so had a chance to meet several members, what a funny and friendly bunch !!

Course layout was very interesting, especially the back 9.

After we finished we had good food up in the clubhouse, also a lot of the members asked if we enjoyed etc.

Ps. Nearly forgot, the gentleman running the halfway house was also a very welcoming fella 👍

Had a really nice round here was easy to book. Staff were friendly as were all the other players I came across on the course. Course was very easily to navigate with good signage to direct you from the green to the next tee. Course was in a good condition. I do consider the green fee a little steep for the standard of the course but not extortionate and overall I really enjoyed the round and will definitely be returning

Overall a great course in good condition. Carts to rent and was allowed to tee off slightly earlier by the friendly staff member who went out his way to show me where to go and what to do. He was excellent. Would recommend!

Very warm welcome from the gentleman in the pro shop and golf course was lovely, also very happy with the quality of the greens.

Not the first time where I’ve booked and been caught behind a social tournament at this gaff.

That being said course was in really good nick and the greens were amazing considering the winter we had.

Always loved the layout of this course.

Nice people on the way round the course but there are members who look at you like you’re not welcome, act like you haven’t paid a green fee.

Best place we have played by far. The course is exceptionally well kept. Staff very friendly and helpful. Absolute gem and will 100% be back

Nice course, weird layout but well kept and really enjoyable.

Really easy to get held up tho. On more then one occasion been stuck behind a slow 4 ball and on more then 1 occasion they have been knob heads about it.

Worth playing the course tho
