Course was hard and slow , caused by people looking constantly in the rough for balls. Rough needs cutting to speed up play . Fairways were too long as well they need cutting down. Greens ok ish but should be much better after this long without any use.

Played 10 holes here last week, given the time of year the fairways are in decent nick and the greens ran true if a little slow due to the recent rain. It will be a great course to play in the summer especially when it is back up to 18 holes.

The maintenance over the winter period I played has not been high. Leaves from Autumn are still all over the course making ball finding hard, The course does not drain well and may areas are waterlogged which is probably why the grass is growing.

A great days golf

This is a great course if you are looking for a round of golf where you can test your long and short game. The fairways are well maintained and the greens in good condition for the winter. Staff very friendly and the pace of play was generally very good. I will definately play this course again. Word or warning is the course can be muddy so make sure you wear the right waterproof gear. BUT A GREAT COURSE THANK YOU
